This company just does not care any more , until recently any items i ordered online arrived next day and on time but no more , their delivery over recent times has become almost none existent . Last week i made online order for 1 pc case and 2 case fans . For some unknown reason they decided to make 2 separate orders ,fans in one and the case in the other .As of right now i have received either .I should have received the fans today but i received a message saying that my address was wrong despite my correct address being shown on the message they sent . As for the pc case they use SEUR for delivery so anybody who has had the delight of dealing with those morons can guess at the outcome of that . Just for those who have not had that delight yet .SURPRISE !! it never got delivered but dumped at a "collection "point some 5.5 Kms from my home so right now my points for PC "don't care" Componentes is just 1 because no stars is not available !

Bought a PC on PcComponentes marketplace with a tempered glass side panel. The panel broke into thousand pieces just by unlatching it. Very friendly support but they refer to the real seller which is via their market place. PC VIP Iberia was the seller and they offer no replacement just a low cost replacement of the desktop case, a Cougar MX440. That means sending the PC, be without it for a while and wait until they send it back, pay for a new desktop case and work hours. This was the pc: PcVIP Shaco Plus Intel Core i7-11700F/32GB/1TB SSD/RTX 4070. I would recommend against buying a PC with tempered glass side panel.

Pccomponentes is a mix of good and bad. Usually things get delivered very fast, but sometimes it takes longer, but they don't mind noticing you.
Another problem is the after-sales sales, I bought 2 kits of Corsair fans which had a defect, I opened a RMA and sent them back asking for replacements. I got refund without any advise and the same product is now 30€ more expensive...sent an email, but didn't got response. Really bad experience.
Edit: Regarding the response from PCComponentes, that is even more disrespectful. You just wrote a message once, and now you copy/paste it everywhere. Do you want to make amends? Then, sell me the product for the same price I paid in the first place instead of writing BS.

I ordered a €760 graphics card on September 7th with 1-3 day fast shipping. Today, the package is still stuck at the day of purchase. I have read all the negative reviews: many customers waited 1-2 months for refunds, but that will not happen with me.
I have already sent an official message requesting immediate shipment or a full refund and opened a dispute through the payment service, which fully protects the customer. Customer service only responds with generic “please wait” messages with no concrete solution.
My experience confirms poor communication and order management, and highlights the need to protect yourself when buying from PcComponentes.

Bad experience with PcComponentes. I ordered a soundbar on sale. The delivery was delayed, and I was told to wait 21 days so they could send me another one. After the 21 days, they refunded me directly without any notice. When I asked why, they said the product was out of stock, even though it was still available on their website. Now they ask me to place a new order at a higher price, with no compensation offered. More than a month wasted for nothing. Very disappointing customer service and poor handling of the situation.

The experience has been disastrous. I've been trying to cancel an order for days and it's impossible. On the phone, they say yes to everything, but it's a lie. On their website, it still shows as being delivered, and the transport company won't send it even though I don't really want it anymore. They're a disaster, and I would almost call it a SCAM. I feel sorry for this company. They used to be top notch, but now they're worthless.

I ordered 3 items that I required urgently with “next day delivery” 5 days ago and it still hasn’t come. They also sent me a message emails etc saying I will receive the package today so I block out the whole day and spend it waiting for the package just for me to find out that the courier received the package and didn’t even prepare it for delivery and they also said it would come today 🤣.

Poor overall. Quick to reply, but no real desire to solve the problem of how to change one's email address, claiming that it couldn't be done "for security reasons". Unconvincing, since Google, Amazon, banks, insurance companies, even government institutions allow this, with the proper authentication. Lazy or poorly thought out protocols?

Tried to buy some SODIMM memory. First purchase at ~40 euros cancelled because out of stock. Second attempted purchase at ~43 euros, initially to be delivered in 2 days, then at checkout delivery charge of 6.75 was added, possibly because I live in Tenerife - this was not a problem. Then, delivery was changed from 2 days to 10-12 days. I cancelled the order.

On the 30th of June I had the need for a new TV. After hassle with Amazon and 2 returns for non functioning TV´s I (as a past customer) decided to check out PCComponents. They had the TV I wanted and at a reasonable price. It stated “next day delivery” that was never going to happen I was offered and agreed to delivery between 2 and 7 of July totally sensible. I ordered and paid.
3rd July. I received an email: Your order has been despatched and will be delivered on the 9th of July, you cannot change/amend or cancel now. I was not consulted about the changed delivery date or offered an option to cancel. The 9th came and went without delivery or any update. We exchanged emails. They could not recall the delivery so, I was then given 2 options. 1. Sign for it and return it or 2. Refuse delivery. I did point our that I did not want a delivery. Having waited at home all day on the 9th of July (the due delivery date) I tried to contact them at 10am the following day (I dare you to try and find their phone number). Both their and the deliver company showed ERROR 404 on their websites!
On the 11th July it turned up and I rejected the delivery (as advised).
This was not a cancellation by me and it was not a return by me. It was a NON DELIVERY by PCComponents. it then transpired I would not get a refund until they had received the package back at their premises.
Every email I got from them was about “Their security process” “Their rules and procedures” and until they had been met I would not get a refund. Even for something I had not even seen!
I eventually received the MY MONEY back in my bank account on 1st August! A whole month later.
Read into this review how you wish but, beware! Once you order something YOU have full responsibility for it from the moment you make payment. You have no say in the delivery, if it gets lost you will not get your money until they have carried out THEIR security measure and policies. As a customer you do not exist. They shout jump! and you ask How High!?
What a truly disgusting company! They have no concept of customer care or needs. Having €485 tied up for a whole month is no joke!
Deal with these people at your own peril. Oh, and do read all the reviews they have the Same tune, lots of different words but all sing the same song!
A principios de julio, tuve grandes problemas para cambiar mi televisor. Amazon me había decepcionado, al igual que PC Components. Acudí a Mediamarkt en Finestrat. Viajé el sábado por la mañana, con dinero en efectivo, para comprar un televisor que había visto en su página web, pero no estaba en stock. Tenían un modelo de exposición ligeramente rebajado. Bueno, había estado en exposición, con un poco de polvo, pero nada de qué preocuparse (o eso pensé). Pagué en efectivo, pero la caja era demasiado grande para mi coche, así que conduje a casa y le pedí a un amigo con un coche más grande que la recogiera. Llegamos al mostrador, esperamos y esperamos, y luego entregamos mi factura para recoger el televisor. Esperamos y esperamos. "No lo encontramos". ¿No encontraban el televisor que me dijeron que tenían y por el que había pagado? Lo encontraron, así que fuimos a la puerta de recogida. Esperamos (de nuevo) y nos abrió un joven muy amable que hablaba muy bien inglés, además de mi español. En fin, estaba bastante entusiasmado por subir el televisor (en su caja) al coche sin que tuviéramos que tocarlo. Llegué a casa y vi que, curiosamente, la factura estaba pegada con cinta adhesiva en la esquina de la caja. Al despegarla, vi una nota: SIN PATAS, SIN MANDO. ¡¿Qué?! Conseguí meterlo en mi coche después de plegar y quitar un montón de cosas. Al llegar a la zona de servicio de la tienda, la chica me lo quitó y, con una actitud de "Esto es lo que hacemos", no se disculpó por el problema ni por las molestias (era la tercera vez que iba a la tienda en un día). Me devolvió el dinero rápidamente y me fui. ¿Otra vez sin disculparse? Entonces hice lo que debía haber hecho desde el principio. Fui a Carrefour, vi el televisor que quería. Lo saqué de la caja y lo revisé yo mismo, un joven muy amable lo encendió para comprobar que funcionaba e incluso lo llevó en carrito y lo metió en mi coche.

I felt it justified to write another review. It’s been 9 days since the original agreed collection day to collect my faulty air conditioning unit. 9 days in mid summer with temperatures reaching 35 plus DAILY! I have emailed them daily to say nothing has been collected and they have done nothing to resolve this. We are living without air conditioning and this level of service is unacceptable. This company is horrific! Day after day, lies after lies. I have asked them for access to their company complaints book that they are legally bound to provide me with and they are refusing. My next step with be DENOUNCING them legally. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL!!!

Can't recieve my order because the mail you gave me doesn't have the QR code displayed for the validation...
I contacted the delivery agency, they told me that I needed to contact you, opened a ticket but still no answer...
The delivery driver will come tomorrow again but it won't change a thing if I have nothing to give him.
I will maybe change my review if you can solve my problem by tomorrow.
