Within two minutes of their arrival, I knew that I had made a wise decision to transport Mickey my tabby cat with this fantastic team rather than deal with a first time experience on the plane traveling with me. They were engaging, caring, and dedicated from the beginning and kept me updated with photos and message the entire 1600 mile SUV trip. Was worth every bit of the fee and saved me a great deal of anxiety knowing that he was safe and well-cared-for so that I could relax at the airport and on the same destination flight a couple of days later in my case. This two woman team was a rare and lucky find for me. Would recommend without hesitation and will use them in the future!

I love this online business! I've used them 4 times now and every time just gets better. My experience with the company itself is uncomplicated and streamlined... what makes them special is the kind and gentle people they connect me with. People that treat my animals like their animals and my heirlooms like they were their grandmother's! It takes the stress out of an otherwise VERY stressful move! No place seems to be too random for them... and I've a had a few off the beaten trail! Finally, price point is phenomenal if you think about what you are getting. Everybody is background checked and vetted... follow the user reviews for a sperlative experience!

I recently used CitizenShipper to arrange transportation for my pet, and overall, I was very impressed with the platform. The ease of use is truly outstanding. Signing up and creating a listing was quick and intuitive, even for someone who isn’t particularly tech-savvy. What really sets CitizenShipper apart is how quickly you’re matched with potential transporters. Within minutes of posting my request, I received multiple offers from reputable companies and independent drivers, giving me a variety of options to choose from. This level of choice is a huge bonus, as it allowed me to compare rates, read reviews, and select the transporter that best fit my needs and budget.
The platform itself is well-designed and user-friendly. Communication with vendors is seamless, and I appreciated the transparency in profiles and reviews, which made me feel confident in my decision. The entire process, from posting my job to finalizing the booking, was smooth and efficient.
However, the one drawback I encountered was the CitizenShipper company fee. In addition to paying the transport company directly, I was required to pay an extra $189 fee to CitizenShipper, which is calculated based on the distance of the transport. While I understand the need for a service fee to maintain the platform and ensure quality, this amount felt quite steep, especially on top of the transport costs. I believe a standard fee in the range of $99 to $125 would be much more reasonable and accessible for all users, regardless of the distance involved.
Despite this, I would still recommend CitizenShipper for anyone looking for a reliable and efficient way to find pet transport services. The convenience, speed, and variety of options make it a valuable resource, and with a more standardized fee structure, it would be even better.

I love the potential of this platform
I love the potential of this platform, but the use is a little inconvenient.
It isn't designed in such a way to allow you to star quotes, so that they appear on top of your chats, and there is no option to arrange quotes by ratings, popularity, price, etc.
The initial process can be overwhelming, being messaged by so many vendors, and there should be a way to filter out ones that are relevant by features as well, such as solo ride or crate free ride etc.
Customer suppport shoulde be a chat feature within the platform, and like any booking platform it should enable to pay the full amount via the website, as well as show the booking fee in advance
