They had us waiting for a service installation for several weeks and after several calls they told us it can take up to two months, when they always told us it would take less than a week. Horrible service.

After 3 years faultless internet with Movistar, I stupidly changed to Lowi as they offered twice the speed for half the price. Now a I know why. Their 600mb has only ever delivered a maximum of 400mb and often falls below 150mb or drops out altogether. An absolute waste of money.
Worst service I ever had
Worst service I ever had. I contracted a package with internet and sim card. After one month I still haven't received my sim card (supposed to take 3 days max). I called 5 times and sent various mails to understand why, they could not explain or even solve it. When I ask then to cancel the contract for not fullfilling their part, they say I have to pay a fee of 180eur, when they are the ones failing to provide. Unbelievable.

Misleading promises and poor service quality
I signed up with Lowi for a home internet + mobile bundle based on their advertised claim of no cancellation costs, which was a key reason I chose them over competitors. Unfortunately, my experience has been deeply disappointing.
When the technician arrived to install the router, I was told I was being given a temporary, outdated two-piece unit and that a newer one would be installed after two weeks, once I confirmed I was happy with the service. That new router never arrived. When I followed up, Lowi simply said they had no intention of replacing it.
As a result, the router constantly gave me connection issues, leading to very poor network quality, particularly frustrating when working from home. When I finally decided to cancel due to the unreliable service, I was told I had to pay a €90 penalty, despite all prior marketing and communication highlighting no cancellation fees.
I find this not only misleading but insulting. It’s unacceptable for a company to base its marketing on one of the few real differentiators "no cancellation costs" only to go back on that when a customer decides to leave due to service issues. This experience has left me with zero trust in Lowi’s transparency or reliability.

My fiber optic stopped working a week ago. Customer service can't be reached at all.
- If you call their phone, it's an automated system that instructs you to reset the router and hangs up.
- If you contact customer service by email, they instruct you to call by phone, and again, you won't get help from there.

I've been paying way more with my company back in my home country, and it blows my mind how cheap Lowi is and how well it works.
Unreliable Service, Incompetent Support, and Unjustified Charges
Unreliable internet connection quickly escalated into a nightmare of poor customer support and unjustified billing practices.
Firstly, my internet connection was abruptly cut off, leaving me without service for an extended period. Despite repeated attempts, your customer service was nearly impossible to reach. Long wait times, unresponsive agents, and a complete lack of urgency made an already frustrating situation even worse.
Upon deciding to cancel my contract due to these ongoing issues, I expected the matter to be resolved. However, Lowi continued charging me after the contract was canceled.
Furthermore, at no point was I informed of any procedure regarding the return of the router. Instead of communicating this clearly, I was blindsided by an 80-euro charge for failing to return it—an issue that could have been avoided had you provided basic instructions.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. They were awful. Didn't turn up to four appointments. Made it really difficult to cancel after we decided that we didn't want to go with them anymore. Not very responsive to email (approx 1 week). The best response I got was from Facebook messenger. They said I had to cancel by the phone even though in the contract we signed and the online T&Cs it says that we can cancel via email or through a form on the website as well as via phone. The issue with calling via phone is that no one there speaks any English or even tries, and the automated phone line required spoken responses to a very fast speaking recording - which is very difficult for someone not fluent.
I would not recommend.

The worst internet provider i have used in my whole life!
They charge you 80 euros because your phone was ON while landing outside of Europe and there is no way to contest they won't reply.
If you don't pay on time they cut on Friday so that you're fcked the whole week end.
Without mentioning that the speed and DAILY issues are clearly not suitable with a remote job.
Scammers
Scammers! I received an invoice for €67, so I paid to continue using the internet. After paying, it said that my internet would be restored in 12 hours... After 12 hours, it turned out that they blocked my entire number, and I had to change my number. I also tried to call, which turned out to be useless, because when I asked them about a refund, they said "I can't say anything more" and then just hung up.
