It's now 2 days without the technician been here as they promised 2 days ago within 24 hours, not a big problem they have to change the OPT box, a 5 minute's job. Not fixed today I'll change to another provider.

I have lived in Spain now for 27 years. Simyo is the best of a bad bunch. To have a mobile here and not use it all other mobile companies charge you for nothing. If you do not use a mobile here but have a credit balance all mobile companies that I have used, apart from Simyo, will take all the balance every 3 months. We have to have mobiles to get bank OTP codes, Amazon set up, Google set up and more. I pay Simyo 1€ per month for the line and there are availability for making calls, which I do not. Others I could mention will take from 20 to 40 euro's per year. So I see 12€ a year as the best I can get in Spain.

My experiences with Simyo España was very mixed to start with, as they didn't accept my NIE green card when I first bought a phone with them on down payment. However, after that first qinck, everything has been smooth as can be.
I ordered a new phone today at 18pm, and there was no issues with my documents what so ever, and a big plus is that it is delivered tomorrow already.
Simyo might have slow replying customer service at times, but when they get to you, they help you with what you need.
Their prices is also not beatable. They are among the cheapest when it comes to phone lines, fiber AND smart phones. Their mobile store is small, but has very fair and low prices. Far lower than the big providers here in Spain.
All in all, I am very happy with Simyo.

It is "nice" to provide 5G, but if Simyo just can't deliver data over 4G or 5G it is useless.
Speedtest shows 5,2Mbps up and 0,8Mbps down.
This is a disaster.
It is of no use having a "highway" (5G) where you cannot "drive" because of traffic jam (no data transferred).

I have been in contact with Simyo recently. They confirmed it is a problem in Manilva area (on the Orange network) and possibly also in Casares Costa. Depending on Orange when this will be improved.

In April I had multiple contacts with Simyo. A technician said it was indeed a problem of the Orange network that they are using. So I requested to make an official complaint to Orange.
But last days Simyo is asking same questions about this case over and over again. After that they closed the case as they said I have not provided any information. Ridiculious!

I signed up for an eSIM, and paid the amount due, and immediately was asked for further information after payment was made.
Having called the company, who can only speak in Spanish, they cannot fulfil the eSIM request I paid for, and ‘will ask’ for the amount to be refunded.
Absolute frauds, terrible service, look somewhere else as this company is not serious honest or reliable.

The worst company in this planet. Avoid at all cost. They have been unable to provide me a new number with an esim for 3 weeks now. Customer service is a joke. I am dealing with clowns not professionals...

I have used the Simyo mobile line from 2008 and fiber from 2022.
I like the customization of the services, the prices, and the quality of the customer service. The speed of the internet is not the best but it's reliable.
During all this time I had to contact customer service a few times. In most of the cases, my issues were resolved during the call or during the next hours.

Hard to belive. I have tried to get the Sim Card since 2 weeks ago. The people who attend the phone literally dont know how to get the card delivered. They tell you to confirm with a new agent and then hang up the phone, or they deliver you the card and then cancel that card because the delivery company says it couldnt be delivered. Probably the most stupid people never deal with...

I have been dealing with this terrible service for the past 2 days and I am so fed up with them.
We have suddenly lost internal connection at home more than 24h ago and I have not received any proper support from Simyo.
I call their phone support, they take some information from me and then put on hold for up to 20 min and then hang up on me! No one is speaking any English either.
I write them emails - the only response is to call them.
I write them on Facebook they send me a template that says that there is some incident and I should wait, but there is no information anywhere online about any incidents.
There is no ETA for resolution and I am stuck with no internet and no support whatsoever.
What am I paying for???? It is not worth it.

It’s a shame! It’s 10 days in left with no wifi at home. I work from home and for me it’s a real problem. I called every day for at least 10 times and nobody managed to fix this problem. Apparently they cannot send me someone to fix the problem, and even when finally I managed to have an appointment with the technician, I waited for hours and nobody arrived. It’s a shame, the support is a joke. They don’t do anything to help!

Customer service is a joke. Spoke to 7 different agents when I lost my SIM card, each of them told me different information. I tried for 3 weeks to get a new card until I decided to cancel my subscription. Incompetent people who don’t know how to work. Would avoid at all costs if you respect your own time.

We signed up with simyo.es in January 2024. We could not recieve the internet.We had three engineers out to locate the problem which were unsuccessful.We cancelled our contract, they collected the router from our agent on 05.03.24.
The agreement said that we had to pay for three months and the we could cancel the agreement. We were then billied for a further two months, we requested a return of money of which we have not received todate. We received an email saying they are trying to collect further money.
I would advise prospective customers to consider using other providers.

Fraud. They take your payment and deliver nothing. Customer service tells you they will activate your SIM and they don’t. My personal area is blocked in the website and my eSIM is not activated. Every other eSIM company delivers the activation QR within minutes of a successful payment and you are online within 10mins. After 2 calls to customer service and 14 hours after the transaction I have received nothing. When you get to Spain just buy a physical prepaid SIM card from a reputable network provider! AVOID!
