Machine is slow, keep terminating SSH sessions. And freeze constantly. I switched to Pebblehost and it is half the price. DO NOT UPGRADE YOUR SERVICE! IT WILL NOT FIX THE FREEZING. JUST MAKES IT WORSE!

Hey I would like to give my honest review about you and your hosting company.

For one, I respect the hustle of reselling (your hardware your reselling from Infraly) but I do not respect the fact that you treat customers so horribly, we pay 2000-3000 a year and some probably more for these services just to deal with the shit we deal with.

1. For one, I would like to speak on the constant `network issues` which seem like bills yall aren't paying at this point, or too much on your plate you cannot handle. I have ran 2 other servers for the last 6 months on `OVH` hosting and they pull the same amount of players and never ever have I experienced Network issues like this. It causes not only issues with the server quality but makes players leave and my community fall.

2. Secondly I would like to speak on the Customer Support aspect, every time I bring an issue to you guys `yes it is handled` but I'm treated as a burden and like I'm causing you guys issues, when the issues reside in the fact of your shitty hardware. I am treated as a problem, for reporting or trying to solve, YOUR PROBLEMS.

3. Continuing on, I was banned from a Discord Server for beefing with another man - And he was left untouched and I was made to be a joke.

Use an industrial/commercial hosting brand, do not use these dodgy scammish people and regret it in the long run.

This IS The BEST Hosting Provider. I Have Not Experienced Any Issues At ALL! The Support Is Very Fast And Always Answer Almost Immediately. They Are Very Helpful And Kind. I Have Never Struggled With Anything With These Providers. The Support And Hosting Is A 100000/10.
