I was only able to open one bottle of their Reveal Pack which consists of 5 very tiny bottles of scent. Wrote to the company. They said they just pull off. They don't!!
The design of the top of the bottle does not help because the knurling goes up and down in the direction you have to pull. It should be at right angles to the direction of pulling to give something to grip on. 

I'm pulling and pulling and my male partner has to and they don't come off!! They're simply too tight and too small!

We persevered and pulled and twisted at the same time and one eventually come off but it's time consuming and ridiculous.
Given this, I wrote again saying I would like to return them so they can see for themselves and asked for a refund. That request has now been granted. Given they've done the right thing by me I've edited this review and want to emphasise the problem lies only with their Reveal Pack and not the service or their other products. Someone suggested I get a rubber glove to try and open them and I found this worked though still with some effort. I hope they can change the design in the near future.

Bought the 50$ pack to try them all before i decided what smell i liked most. The smell is good but i was dissapointed to find out the smell just doesnt stick around. Couldnt smell it half way theough a 2 hr shift. Please make them last longer and i would concider maybe buying one. 50 is a bit too much to spend for the small size of the samples.

I can’t understand some of the negative reviews about Orb Oils. I have been using them for a couple of years now. I use River to make my washing smell beautiful, Harper for my diffuser which makes my house smell glorious and Bobby for myself because I am going through Chemo and wanted a natural alternative to perfumes. I think it’s a great Aussie brand and worth a try if you haven’t already.

Honestly really loved the reveal pack. I fell in love with one and took them traveling overseas with me. I decided to order the full size of river as it was my favourite. The scent is not the same as in the sample size (presumably just very diluted by the carrier oil). I am so disappointed:(

I fell for the marketing and purchased a reveal tin. I saw an add that said they put it in their hair and when I did that I had instant breakage. The scent lasts about 20 minutes.
Ash (the one I was most excited for because of the lemon) smelled so bad I washed it off.

What everyone else here is saying unfortunately ~ I bought into the hype & now feel really let down.
I purchased the Revel Pack & a large River ~ thank goodness I got River as I dont like any of the others.
I had to wash Ash off it was so horrible. I wouldn't use Lenny or Bobby either sadly. Harper is okay.
The scent does NOT stay past 10 minutes ~ after that it smells soapy and cheap.
They did SO well with marketing ~ I just wish they had worked a little harder on getting the product right. I'm pretty disappointed ~ don't often splash out on fragrances because ive been waiting to find the right one & by the sounds of the descriptions these scents sounded right up my ally but they're just not true to that at all. I wish I was leaving a good review for them :(

I bought the reveal pack, my favourite is River, closely followed by Harper, the rest aren’t anything special. When I tried ash I immediately washed it off because it was so bad. I’m glad I didn’t trust the descriptions for each oil before buying, they aren’t really relevant. I was definitely influenced by the naarmcore marketing, I might buy a big bottle of River but would prefer to try other brands of oils before I commit

I wrote a review on the Orb Oils website and gave them two stars I think. They definitely haven't posted it. There is only one review of 3 stars and none lower than that. I bought the sample pack. I liked the smells of these for the first 5-10 minutes, they smelled like a nice essential oil blend. But after that the scent became like your standard masculine or androgynous mainstream scent, reminiscent of Davidoff Cool Water and CK One - that type of thing. The only scent I liked more than the other was Ash is it was a bit more interesting, but not enough to buy a full bottle. That said, I am a woman who has worn masculine scents for a while so maybe the novelty had passed for me. I was not impressed with these perfumes, and felt a bit sick of the scent by the end of the day. Some of the scent does linger til the next day, but not the nice top notes, which hardly last 10 minutes, so it wasn't a positive thing for me.

I'm pretty disappointed with the scents so luckily I only bought the reveal pack rather than committing to a full bottle. The two scents that sounded like what I normally wear were both unpleasant and I had to wash them off. They all seem to have a cheap soapy smell that takes away from any nice fragrance notes.

Despite not liking the scents at all, I do like the AM and PM body oils and will continue to use these, I just wish I had a nice scent to put in them! I might have to find one from another supplier...

Although these scents are promoted as gender neutral, they are masculine but masculine as in most of them smell like a teenage boy. They don’t last at all. The smells are standard - they smell like a million other scents (cheap ones). I’m so annoyed at myself for buying into the hype. I think it’s fair to say social media has done its job on promoting this - but don’t waste your money.

Cheap crappy fragrance. I had high hopes for this company... great marketing and branding but dont waste your money. They dont smell like any of the scents they claim to.

I really like the scents and concept, but smell does not last and I can't really see why there's one carrier oil for am, and one pm.
Also the testers won't empty into the carriers so I feel like I have heaps of scentless oil to use up now.

Sketchy packaging. My sample pack arrived completely crushed. Luckily the samples were intact but it all feels very cheap. The scents are okay but not sure I would purchase again, not what I was hoping for. It feels like they spend a lot of time and energy on advertising and bare minimum on the actual product and customer service appears to be nonexistent going off other reviews. I won’t bother with this company again.

Extremely cloying scents. Could barely open the sample bottles for fear of breaking the glass, when I did, I wished I hadn't. Asked for a return and refund - I returned they have not refunded. Now ignoring me. Not happy

Bad customer service and unusable product

I ordered the sample pack and the quality of the packaging is so bad that i can’t even open most of the tester tubes, the tops on the tubes snap off so you can’t get the scent out at all without breaking glass.. which I’m not going to do.

The scent that I was able to open smelled nice the first day, but I tried it again a week later and it had lost all its scent.

The tin they came in was cute but it doesn’t close properly so is also unusable.

I tried getting in touch with the company via Instagram three times (on a post and in DMs) and they never replied..

I love the concept but the actual product and customer service was lacking.

I am not sure why but the Bobby smells like toilet freshener. It is so overpowering and just smells more like a cleaner or a soap than a fragrance. I have added my own essential oils to it to change the smell. Shame. Won't be buying again.

I purchased the reveal pack as I cannot decide which one to pick. All of them smell great but my favorites are River and Bobby. Delivery was quick and the packaging was beautifully done. I would give them 5 stars if they were more long lasting.

Cannot get a reply on Facebook or email and no ph number to ask what the carrier oil is. Terrible customer service.

I bought the bobby oil & it wasn’t the right fit for me. I emailed customer support & they responded quickly & gave me instructions to return & get a different fragrance sent out.
All in all a super easy process & I was very impressed with the customer service. Thanks Roy!

Customer service is concerning, unprofessional and extremely frustrating to deal with. The oil has bleached my clothing so I reached out to their support email and a week later I still have received no support, comment or feedback from their team. I’ve even had to reach out to them on social media just to see if my emails have been received. I had the same radio silence from them when I placed my order, I was concerned I had been scammed as I received no email confirmation or invoice after payment was processed. I emailed them at the time and requested an invoice, to which they never responded (they did initially and sent tracking but still couldn’t send me an invoice for some reason). I understand people are busy but when I have genuine concerns about what I’m putting on my skin and the fact that their product is ruining/staining my clothing, I expect some kind of acknowledgment, even if it’s just that they are investigating. I’m not one to leave a bad review and I was holding off to give them the benefit of the doubt, but after repeat emails and messages on their Instagram account, my patience has worn out. A frustrating and disappointing experience and I will not be a repeat customer. I hope they respond soon and take responsibility.
