Delivery nightmare
This was my third order and a second time for my favorite scent! I love these products! But this time, my order was showing delivered - left at the front porch. I live in a secure apartment building, so there is only one entrance, needless to say there was no package. I was so frustrated because I had no way of tracking this package I never received. I wrote Dossier and received a reply within minutes. They were super helpful and gave me some ideas on how to get my package or ultimately how they could make it right. I ended up finding the package a couple days later - it went to the management office. I couldn’t be happier with their products and customer service! I will recommend them to everyone I know!

I placed an order from Dossier and right away realises that I forgot to add an item to my order. I contacted them by email and they replied within the hour. They canceled my order, which is what I had requested. This is such great customer service. In some online stores, once you order, thats it, you can't cancel or change your order. I was so pleased with their quick and friendly reply.

Been buying from dossier for a number of years now and, between my wife and I, have been through almost 20 bottles. Quality is super consistent and the fragrances are excellent.
Recently had a delivery issue due to a carrier misdelivery but Dossier’s customer service team is just as solid as their fragrances. We were able to get everything sorted out and taken care of. I hope you don’t need to utilize their services, but if you do, know that the quality of this company extends beyond the fragrances. Don’t hesitate to do business with them.

I have order several scents. I love them all. This last order got lost in the mail. Customer Service was so helpful, friendly, and attentive to the matter. They sent out a replacement and kept me updated throughout the process.

If they send wrong scent to you, it is impossible to get their attention after that. I ordered couple of scents 2 weeks back but they sent wrong. I wrote to them and they were kind enough to respond within few hours, they asked photos or wrong product along with photo of package which I did provide, however after that no response even after send 2 more follow up mails.
