Terrible experience
Placed my order on 13th Dec only to watch my Christmas gifts travel to a destination country and back to the sender due to collisimo unable to locate the address. My 5 yo niece had no issues with finding it on google maps... During this time I contacted parfumdo multiple times but almost total lack of replies only boosted my frustration. They told me to chase this with their courier. Bunch of clowns, both them and the courier. Terrible experience.

Can’t imagine how they could package it like that. No protection, nothing. 2 bottle of parfum in super small box . Everything was broken when arrived.

Defective product
I am afraid that the Dior scent I purchased (Miss Dior, Original) was defective. I've used this scent for decades, and am familiar with it. After spraying on the skin, the smell disappeared after 10 seconds. I received a refund, with no quibble, and return postage was paid.
