I appreciate the fast delivery. The item turned out I be very nice. Unfortunately one corner of the table I ordered was damaged, but it can be overlooked.

Placed and paid for ‚on stock’ items on 5th July and we now have the 22nd July and still no information received on when the order will be processed. They take the money and don’t deliver! Criminals!... See more

Avoid POCO online shopping!!!

Its certainly one of the most unreliable online shoppings you can experience. Apart from low quality goods and services they provide! 1st: that they advertise items that they dont have, and send you wrong items instead! 2nd: they dont get back to you when you ask for return label in case of wrong item delivery. 3rd: they dont respect the customer time and money. 4th: they dont refund you even if you claim back within 14 days of return right! 5th: they only reply or refund, once you start a legal claim under support of legal organizations! Thats unaccepted for such a big German company. Absolutely not recommended!

Horrific experience

The delivery company told us that the couch would be delivered between 9:00 and 12:00. I received a call around 11: 50 where the delivery man told me that we will need to schedule a new appointment. A few minutes later the delivery company called saying that thwre we no parking places available and that by contract we were supposed to provide a parking place. This is untrue, as there were at least 4 empty parking places right in front of the building. The delivery company hung up the phone and told us to complain to poco. We then contacted Poco via email where we were told that the parking places actually weren't big enough for their trust and that we needed to provide at least 2 parking places. Later, we were told that actually the street was too small for their truck to enter. The poco employee also told us it's our fault we didn't ask how big the truck was. We have moved into this street and had many other companies deliver and park without any problems at all. Poco REFUSED to give back the 119eur for the delivery and refunded only half of the montage fee. I am shocked and disappointed. Never again will I order anything with them.

I bought two wardrobes

I bought two wardrobes, one of them is really bad in quality. I am totally devastated spending lots of hard earned money on it. Totally bad experience. Regretting.

Bad customer service and unreliable delivery promises

I purchased four chairs in mid-January with a promised pickup date at the beginning of February. Since then, POCO has repeatedly delayed the delivery without providing a clear explanation. Every time I asked for clarification or compensation, they simply copied and pasted the same generic response, refusing to take responsibility.

Their latest estimate is mid-March, but given the lack of transparency, I have little confidence in this timeline. This is not how a serious company should treat its customers. I would strongly reconsider shopping at POCO in the future.

I wish I could put 0 stars. Extremely bad customer service. We booked a first appointment on the Saturday, we received an email confirmation and went there. When we arrive there, they say that the persons in charge of this service are all sick and we have to book another appointment. Could they have sent an email to inform us? Of course not. We booked another appointment for two days later. We get a confirmation saying the appointment is at 2pm. We go there, they say that the store is closing so we cannot have the appointment. How come this slot was in the options then? On the top of that the guy was rude and said that because we were foreigners we could not understand.

I ordered 2 cupboards from poco on 29…

I ordered 2 cupboards from poco on 29 of December 2023 for self pick up and they just vanished and 20 days later they email me for self collection when I already shifted to my new apartment so I asked them to deliver it to me and again they vanished and 5 days later they email me to cancel the order , to be honest I didn't see this much low level customer service ever . Not recommended, if you guys wants to waste your time then go ahead otherwise don't fall for them
