Do not make the regrettable mistake to order something from Poco online!
NEVER! They will make you wait for weeks without even confirm your payment. You will not get an explanation or something, you will not know if they have received your order or not. You call on the phone, 10 people telling different stories. After 20 days of waiting they have sent me a couch that smells like chemicals or something so bad that I've been feeling dizzy for a few days. Plus I have 2 small children that are not even speaking yet. They could have felt sick and I don't even know it. It took me a few days to realise where the smell was coming from, because I have bought various articles from the same shop. Thanks God I've realised what is happening before causing any damage to my children. Really people, stay away from Poco!

Hannover Linden
Went in to the Hannover Linden branch today to buy some more of the paint that I had bought last week. The assistant was rude and impolite. When I asked when the sold out paint would be restocked, he replied that it had nothing to do with him. This is not the first time I've had such awful service there, but it is the last. I won't spend another cent there ever again.

DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. IT'S ALL OVERPRICED TRASH. BETTER GO TO IKEA. I bought a wardrobe and after some months it started to make cracking sounds like it has been 5 YEARS! I bought also a chair, a "comfortable" chair and it is worse than a wood chair. It so hella badly for the back, thank you POCO for showing me that you don't care for the customer but only for the money. BYE.

so after I waited for 50 days to change the broken sofa , that they delivered to me.
they came and changed it with other that have manufacturing defect and I can't holdtight the feet for it.
