We got our collar on 10/23. We didn’t have it but MAYBE 2 weeks and the collar ripped in half. We have it rigged to stay together. The screws holding it together keep falling off. We spent half a morning looking for the collar because the screws came undone and the collar fell off. The app doesn’t always work either. Half the time we use it, there’s either connection or Bluetooth issues. The collar also has a mind of its own. It will randomly whistle and shock my dog repeatedly. The last time it happened, it whistled at and shocked my dog EIGHT times before I was able to get to him and get it off and another 4 times before we could get the collar turned off (which can only be done in the app). The times it works is great but, not worth it for when it doesn’t.

This collar is a real game changer. We bought a new house in the woods and didn’t want to fence the property off so we bought these. Our dogs are secured and safe with no ugly fence! We even lost a part and reached out to them and they are sending the new part FREE!

Excellent customer service, addressed questions immediately and provided assistance in setting up the GPS around my 100 acre property. My dog hasn’t left my property since getting the collar back in July. I would strongly recommend this device for your pets.

This collar is super neat! I have lots of property and an escape-artist dog. Pair that with neighbors that keep delicious pets like chickens and rabbits, and it's a recipe for bad neighboring. Keeping a perfect fence around the land isn't adequate. This collar saved my relationships with my neighbors. I struggled to know how to contact Satellai at first to get my subscription discount (promotional), but they were able to contact me, resolve my concerns, and then when I had a defective GPS radio in the collar they sent me a new one proving they are committed to positive customer experience.

Worst customer service I’ve literally ever experienced with a company trying to return the defective collar I received, took me months to finally get my money back after so many calls I know their customer service number by heart. Do not buy!
Also from the moment we received the collar we had nothing but a glitchy bad experience with the Bluetooth, battery life and simply then stopped working after a week.

I had some problems with my collar. After sending the email, they replied quickly with a detailed explanation. Additionally, a customer service representative called me back to ensure everything was working properly.

Inconsistent! The fence changed randomly on its own and would shock my poor pup. If I could give 0 stars I would! I then cancelled and returned the collar and they continued to withdraw the money from my account. “Allen” says I need to contact my bank but refuses to give me any proof of receipt of the refund. Save yourself! Get the Halo! It’s been great!

Less than a week into our dog wearing the collar, it broke. I was initially pretty disappointed but the service has been fantastic. I got ahold of customer service and they went right to work making things right. I’ve still been able to use the collar, it’s being held together with zip ties. The collar itself works fantastic. It’s given our black Lab the freedom he deserves.

We've had our dog use this collar for several months now and its been tremendously helpful. Our dog was able to train to it fairly easily in response to the auto whistle and vibrate from the collar. I work at home and it gives great piece of mind to know where she is while in a meeting by looking at her location within the SatellAI app. The collar unfortunately seems a bit loose on our 60 lb dog, even though it is as snug as we can make it, but no major issue overall with that. Our collar did stop working and we had to turn it for a new one which we were able to do at no cost to us. Customer service I must say was amazingly helpful, detailed and responsive throughout that process, which was very reassuring. Great product overall.

Well I’ll be. This fancy Satellite Collar here can track my dog faster than my kids can track down the Wi-Fi password. I slapped it on my hound, and now I get text alerts like he’s in the Secret Service. Yesterday it told me “movement detected”—yeah, that’d be him chasing the neighbor’s rooster again. Thanks, collar, real groundbreaking update.

Battery lasts longer than my patience, and the app’s so high-tech it made me feel like NASA called me personally. If this thing starts talkin’ back, I’m puttin’ it on my husband next.

10/10 would recommend—mostly because it makes me look like I’ve got my life together when really I’m just prayin’ it keeps my dog from showin’ up three counties over again.

After a slight learning curve of how to use the app we were able to train our pup. She was already trained on a petsafe system so training her with this collar was very easy. As a stubborn dog she is known to blow through the petsafe line. So far she has respected this collar's boundaries. Well worth the price to not have the hassle of broken wires and dead spots in the underground lines.

Easy to use, maps are easy to setup. strap did break in two weeks but they responded to my email promptly and are sending me a new one.

Great collar works great keeps dogs safe but lets them roam free on my couple acres

I recently purchased a Satellai collar for my Great Pyrenees. We have a small farm and we needed a way to keep him on the property. So far it is working and he is staying put. I like being able to watch his activity throughout the day and night.

The collar works great! The customer service is great also!

Update: After posting my review, management contacted me asking me to update it in exchange for $30. They then emailed again saying they would issue a full refund only if I updated or removed my Trustpilot review. I will not change my review—especially after the poor customer service I experienced. A simple apology and return authorization would have gone a long way, but instead they insisted nothing was wrong with the collars and blamed “satellite/cellular issues,” leaving me to pay $40 in return costs for a product that was unusable without accurate satellite service.

This has been the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Before purchasing, I asked several questions and was told the collar would fit my dog, work with excellent satellite service in my area, and be precise for small yards. None of that was true. The collar was far too big, the satellite imagery was 10 years outdated, the fencing was wildly inaccurate (showing us in the neighbor’s yard), and setup was nearly impossible. The collar was also heavy, held a charge for less than 48 hours, and the return process was frustrating and costly.
