So far, so good…
So far so good with the Satellai collar. It has been easy to train my border collie over the past week. The fence was easy to set up. Looking forward to being able to have my dog off leash in our yard.
Living Remotely
I live in a remote area with many acres of desert sagebrush land. It is a wonderful feeling to let Penny, my dog, run freely without the fear of losing her. I can tell exactly where she is and where I am also. The Satellai has been very beneficial to me and Penny.
Great collars
I have been using the collars for about a month now. do have some connection issues when it is really cloudy but all in all they seem to be working very well.

Great Customer Service!
We received the Satellai wireless collar and setup was extremely easy! We've worked with our pup along the "fence" line and he's already learning the boundaries. He did get a hold of the charging cable and chew it in two pieces. When I contacted Satellai customer service they responded promptly. It was very easy to obtained the replacement charger. We give this product and customer service 5 stars!
Customer support is beyond…
Customer support is beyond imagination!! I thought with cellular service and open air overhead, I really hoped that it would work for my doggo. Unfortunately, no go. I contacted support and we did some support/tech fix its. They requested I return it and get a new one in return. Done and still no go. They took the second one back with no issues, complete refund and sincere apologies that it didn't work out. I can't tell you how much of a breath of fresh air it is to have a company support and back their product and consumers! I am so disappointed I wasn't able to use the collar, but that is the cost of rural living some times. Love, love, love this company's support and sincerity!

Collar has worked great
Collar has worked great. Dog managed to get a pin out that holds the strap on and customer service was quick in working to get me a replacement at no cost. Tried Petsafe guardian first and wouldn’t keep my dog home. This one works much better and built better.

The collars themselves can be a little…
The collars themselves can be a little challenging but the customer service is top notch, this is why I give it 4 stars. Collars work great but you have to make sure they have satellite connection once a week by just taking them off the dog and just sit in a clear open space to make sure connection is good. I did have a problem with one out of four collars but customer service was on top of it. I enjoy knowing that my dogs are safe.

We have a Great Pyrenees she operates our farm. We are able to set many fences, including when we travel. She respects the collar 100%. I would recommend this product for anyone with many guard zones, or for wandering dogs. Peace of mind! Unless I forget to charge it ….

Returned collar and refused refund
The collar did not work due to trees in the area. I expected it to be better, but I understand if it just can’t get signal and I accept that. The problem is that I returned the product in perfect condition over 3 months ago and still have not gotten a refund. I have asked several times and they assure me I will get my refund but I no longer believe them. A poor product with even worse customer service. Never buy this collar.
The collar is VERY unreliable
The collar is VERY unreliable. The collar keeps saying it cannot connect to collar. We live a very busy road. I've contacted customer service several times and the customer agent wants a screen shot of it saying collar cannot connect. REALLY! They will have someone contact me in the next 24 hours to keep checking my spam. So basically I'm expected to take off work to sit at the house watch my dog and check my email because Satellai Collar doesn't work correctly and their customer service is No help at all! I will be going back to Halo! I'll have to charge the collar every night but atleast I know my dog is safe!
DO NOT BUY!
I have 3 dogs. The collars did not work properly to keep my dogs contained. I got them June 17 and started a return July 3. Did not get a shipping label until July 29, returned the collars and still have no refund. I can not tell enough people how horrible this experience has been. I would give negative stars if possible.
Lengthy wait for shipping estimate
Ordered a collar and subscription on July 1st, 2025. It's August 19th now and still no update on when the item will be shipped. I did receive communication back that some are shipped from out of the US, and sometimes within the US and there's a delay. I cannot review the collar and software since we have yet to receive it. At this point I have asked for a refund and I'll see if that materializes. I think almost 2 months to have a planned shipping date is excessive and I'll order a different brand of collar.
Poor location accuracy
The equipment came in just fine and as described. The problem I have experienced is in the service. With the dogs secured in their kennel, I still have notifications throughout the day and/or night about fences being breached. I've expanded my geofence by nearly double to eliminate this from happening, to no success.

Ordered these July 9th, did not receive collars until July 21st. Limited communication via email about my order processing. I ordered two collars and had to pay for two subscriptions which was never indicated, my fault for assuming one would cover both collars. If the collars worked I would be ok with that charge. No one of my German Shepherd’s was getting shocked while inside the boundary because it said she was sitting in the middle of the road. The next day my other dog was getting warned they were approaching the boundary and he was inside the house. As soon as he stepped in our garage which is inside the boundary he got shocked. I instantly started a return on July 23rd. Now that took days to get postage to send back emailed to me. They recieved the collars on the 30th of July and it’s currently the 11th of August and I have not gotten a refund. They keep saying have patience when I email. Customer service is horrible, the collars are horrible. Money wasted for collars that do not work. Don’t subject your dog to this company’s malfunctioning collars.

Never connected GPS. Awful customer service. Still waiting on refund
I received this collar in june. After days and days of correspondence and troubleshooting we never actually got it to connect the GPS. They tell you the issue will be moved to a different department but you can never get in touch with them directly. Finally sent it back and they can confirmed receipt of it 3 weeks ago. Since then I've been charged another monthly fee. I was told over a week after they received it, that they put a rush to their finance department to have it refunded. Two more weeks later no refund yet.
