Poor customer service
Until my last trip, I was very happy with Suntransfers. But when the first problem occurred, I experienced extremely poor customer service. I needed to change the pickup time for my partner because, for some reason, she received a voucher with a later pickup time than mine, and she would not have made it to the plane.
I contacted your support via WhatsApp, and your agent named Gilbert, despite my polite approach, was unwilling to help and even warned me not to ask the bus driver. As a result, I had to buy a transfer for her from another company for 30 euros.
Later, my girlfriend somehow managed to change her pickup time by contacting your website directly. However, the money had already been paid, and the bus was half empty. So it was only the laziness and unwillingness to help from your employee that cost us stress, money, and time.

So easy to book online, and value for money, even though our flight was delayed, our driver was waiting in the area they said he would be, he was very polite , vehicle was new and clean , would definitely use again.

Driver said that he was awaiting since 7.0pm how that could’ve happened when I haven’t board plane from LA until 8.0pm. Your been notified by me that my flight been delayed by 3 hours. Must’ve been lack of communication between yourself and your driver. I was waiting for him at least 15 minutes in front at arrival gate door 8, Seattle airport looking for him. Driver message me that he is a waiting for me, he must have been waiting in the car, car parking station. Instead, he should have been waiting for me with my name, in front at arrival gate in Seattle, as I been told. Finally I received phone call from driver, I told him that I was awaiting for him in front to be picked up, instead him coming with the car to pick me up, he’s just came took my suitcase and said we have to go to the car in parking station level 3, When I questioned him why he didn’t come with the car, he’d said that he couldn’t wait, would be booked by police. We have to walk to parking station level 3, this was 11.25 pm. we went up then we have to go down he just kept walking with my suitcase. I kept asking where was his car, he just kept walking and I’m getting more and more nervous. Finally arrived to the car parking station at level 3, at 11.25pm very long walk and very stressful for me with the driver/stranger to me that I don’t know nothing about. Having already been travelling for past 24 hours, didn’t need extra stress. When arrived at the hotel driver took my case out of the car and just left it outside hotel and walked away without saying anything to me. I paid premium price sum of $ 248 for the private pickup because was late at night, all I got nightmare. I wouldn’t bee using your service again .

Everything went smoothly
Everything went smoothly. Driver there when landed. On the return, he was on time as well. Resort directed him to park off to the side when we were there waiting. Despite that he was very pleasant even though he had to wait, really for nothing since we were there. Definitely make sure the resort doesn’t mess up your transport like ours. Also, we needed to make a change to reservation without any hassle or added charge.

At arrival I had to wait over 1 hour for the transfer (local shuttle provider waited for another family).
On the way back I've been informed that in contract agreed pick-up time has been changed from 19:45 to 17:10. That means, I'd have to wait more than 5 hours at airport. I rejected. In two days there were discussions with 4 different employees. Finally they offered to provide agreed service at 19:45 with another service provider but at my expences. I had to take a taxi to the airport on my own. This expenses have not been reimbursed by suntransfers. Poor service.
I've been more then 17 times in Turkey. Always took the 724transfer.com. On time and reliable. I regret have booked suntrasnsfers.com this time. By the and of the day I had to pay much more...

Picked up on time returning to airport. But trip from airport to hotel was frustrating taking to long, going to single drop obscure stops

We booked a transfer from Dalaman Airport to Icmeler. We missed the transfer due to problems with our luggage. The company representative sent us on a private transfer, though we had to wait half an hour. The ride was comfortable for two. There was Wi-Fi, water, and cookies.

Lanzarote Airport pick-up and return journey
Driver waiting for us at airport and turned up exactly on time for the return journey to the airport. Transport very spacious and clean and children’s car seats provided as requested. Drivers very helpful packing and unpacking luggage and very courteous.
Well done and we will use Suntransfers again.

Not quite what I was expecting
The booking process was easy and the communication prior to travel was excellent. However, when we arrived the driver was not there waiting which just adds a bit of stress and I had to call him! when you have paid for a so called exec hire I felt disappointed. Also the standard of vehicle was not what I was expecting as paid extra for a nicer car and we got and old 3 series which was just rough. I Won’t use you again as a result as could have got better from other companies so hope this feedback

Booked a private car transfer from Izmir airport to Kusadasi, Turkey
(it's an 85km trip one way)
Was very pleasantly surprised, was met and greeted at arrivals and leaded to the car, beautiful black Mercedes minibus, felt very vip.
Really liked is, so booked the same service for the return transfer.
Refreshments and wifi were provided, very polite drivers, beautiful clean cars.
