I ordered professional installation of protective glass and the protective glass was in the box next to it, I am very dissatisfied
very clear what to do, well laid what happens next, a fair offer and quick turnaround.
I had a query after it was all done and responses were immediate.
Very happy with the iPhone 13 mini, in perfect condition and arrived within a few days of placing the order. This is the third phone we have bought from Swappie and they have all been excellent.
I ordered the iPhone 15 plus along with another iPhone 11 pro max for my mam. Both in ‘excellent’ condition. The 11 pro was perfect but mine, the 15 plus had far to noticeable scratches for ‘excellent’ conditions for the price

I had a very positive experience with Swappie. The process of selling my iPhone was very straight forward. I would highly recommend Swappie.
Everything was great and I got paid the exact amount that have shown while listing the item.
Very disappointed with the quality of my phone! I have it just over a year!
Phone was not good quality!
it’s been difficult for the person I’m calling to hear me! Battery I requested was supposed to be new,, company say it is but battery did not last like a new one ever within 6 months phone had major problems..
It’s disheartening as I don’t think I would trust this company again!

★☆☆☆☆ Extremely Disappointed — Product Not as Advertised & Poor Resolution
I ordered a Premium Series iPhone from Swappie, which they advertise as “as new” with no signs of wear or prior use. Unfortunately, the phone I received had several scratches and visible dirt — nowhere near the condition described on their website.
I contacted customer service with a reasonable request: since the same model was now priced lower, I asked them to send me a return label and place a new order at the updated price on the same day I returned the phone. This would have avoided unnecessary delays and ensured I received a device that actually matched the Premium standard.
Despite explaining the situation clearly, Swappie refused to place the new order immediately and did not offer a practical solution. Instead, I was left with the hassle of returning a product that should never have passed their “as new” quality check in the first place.
I genuinely liked Swappie’s mission and wanted to support the company, but this experience has been disappointing, time-consuming, and far from what they advertise. Sadly, I cannot recommend them based on this experience.

Excellent services, very quick; customer services on point; will trust them again and definitely recommend Swappie
Sold an old iPhone through Swappie and its super easy. Fill in some details, get a quote and send the phone to them with a prepaid label.
The quote given was what I got so no issues. Just a little time to wait between shipping and delivery but received notifications along the way.
Been buying from Swappie for several years but time and again they send a phone that doesn't work. To top it off, this last time, customer service was dishonest about the refund timeframe. I will not buy from here again. It is not worth spending hours on troubleshooting a phone that is supposed to work. That is Swappie's job. If you value your time, buy elsewhere .

Purchased an iPhone from Swappie advertised with a “new battery” and 100% battery health. Within days the phone showed extreme battery drain, dropping large percentages within minutes even in Airplane Mode. At one point the battery percentage even displayed 107%, which is technically impossible and indicates a serious hardware defect.
This was already my second defective iPhone from Swappie. Earlier this year I also went through a long and frustrating repair process that ended in a refund only after repeated contact. I therefore had high expectations this time — which were again completely disappointed.
Customer service was rigid and offered only symbolic compensation (€10–€20) despite the repeated failures, stress, time loss and financial disadvantage (I also lost my Black Friday deal). When I asked for escalation, I was effectively told to take a refund and buy elsewhere.
Based on two failed devices and poor after-sales handling, I cannot recommend Swappie. Unreliable quality control and inadequate customer support.

Everything went smoothly — the product selection, additional service, payment, and delivery were all at a high level, and everything met my expectations
