Faulty product and pointless support

Bought a phone with a "new and replaecd battery" label, phone started showing problems after a few weeks so the battery was most definately not new or proper, support is free which is why I'm giving a second star, but factory reset has to be done so even if they offer replacement or support for the phone all the data is lost. Would not recommend.

I had a very disappointing experience

I had a very disappointing experience with Swappie. I bought an iPhone 13 Pro Max and paid extra for a “new battery.” As soon as I turned on the phone, I received an important battery message saying the battery could not be verified as genuine. This happens when a third-party battery is installed, and Swappie never clearly informed me that this warning would appear.

When I tried to return the phone, the process was extremely frustrating. The PostNord agent required a QR code for the return, but Swappie only provides a printed PDF label. Their return system is outdated, difficult to use, and caused me a lot of inconvenience. I was already at the store ready to send the package, and customer support simply told me they cannot generate a QR code and suggested going to a library to print it.

This entire situation caused unnecessary hassle, wasted time, and a lot of frustration. I’m now waiting for a refund, and hopefully I will be compensated for the inconvenience I went through.

Overall, the product was not as expected, and the return process was far more complicated than it should be.order number

BE WARNED THAT YOUR DEVICE MAY…

BE WARNED THAT YOUR DEVICE MAY DISAPPEAR FOR A LONG TIME BEFORE YOU GET ANY PAYMENT! You will have to stay constantly on top of the case I have had a terrible experience selling my device to date. 30 working days since my phone was confirmed received and no sign of a quote or confirmation of what will be paid for it. No emails to me saying sorry for the delays, only emails when I chase the status. Emails asking for updates are met with generic “sorry we are experiencing high demand” responses. Quite frankly if you can’t handle the demand, stop accepting new devices!!

Brilliant company- will use again

This was my first time using Swappie and I will definitely use them again. I was selling my iPhone. Packaging and label to send phone were delivered to me. I was able to arrange for the phone to be collected by DHL. Once collected the phone was as inspected and I received confirmation that the agreed amount would be deposited into my account. From beginning to end took 4 working days. Excellent service.

Poor “excellent” quality, bad “new” battery, incorrectly applied screen protector.

I bought an “excellent” iPhone 14 Pro with a new battery and screen protector. The screen protector arrived incorrectly applied, and the battery is horrible.

The phone arrived with the screen protector peeling upwards in the bottom left corner. I tried to gently reapply the protector corner, but it now always lifts up every day or so.

The new battery took two weeks to start acting up. Now, it crashes from 30-25% down to 1-2% frequently, without warning or use, even with power save mode on. The crash takes less than five minutes.

My wife ordered an “excellent” phone at the same time and it arrived decidedly scratched and damaged. The company never responded to any feedback or customer service complaint.

Save your money, and find used devices that actually are worth the price.

After half a year it started turning…

Don’t send these people your phone

Don’t send these people your phone. They did the following to me: 1, Claimed the 4 phones were all different models 2, Claimed damage which wasn’t there and reduced the offer for each to €5 3, Ignored 5 requests to return the phones.

Look closely and you will see I’m not alone in posting this kind of experience.
