I've ordered several times from parfumdreams over the years.
Never had any issues with any products I've ordered.
Delivery has been very quick and good customer service.
Not a serious company
If there are any issues with your order, there is no chance of you ever seeing your money again. I returned a package which according to them, never arrived.. Customer service admitted that the processing time for returns could be over a month or more and that there was a huge backlog. They told me to wait even longer and meanwhile denied my return request via my bank because the package wasn't returned in time. I have provided a receipt and proof of return yet they refuse to refund me as any serious company would. Any online retailer should have insurance in order to cover these types situation and be able to refund their customers, otherwise they are not serious.

Absolutely the WORST shopping…
Absolutely the WORST shopping experience I've ever had ! I ordered a gift for my wife's birthday ( 23/12/2024 ) , and the company assured me it would arrive on time ( 27-30 December ) However, the delivery was delayed, completely ruining the occasion. I received no genuine apology or attempt to resolve the issue. Customer service was unprofessional and unhelpful. I will never shop with this company again, and I strongly advise others to avoid them if timely delivery matters to you.
Note: It is now Monday 6/1/2025 evening and I have not received it yet!
The strange thing is that I asked them to write a small card for my wife (Happy Birthday) but they refused even though I bought something worth 1000 kronor and I also consider this to be very bad customer service.

A company that packs goods poorly sends out expired goods and does not provide a refund. My appeal to the company has been pending for more than 12 days, as I received a broken product, but I have not even received an answer when I will be refunded. Instead, they demanded that I take another photo of the box and some specific labels a week later (i.e., a photo and video of the broken product itself was not enough). I still have no answer to my request to clarify when I will receive a refund. I am very disappointed with this approach

I do not recommend online shopping at parfumdreams.dk
I ordered some products on August 26th, but the order has not arrived yet. After three weeks, I contacted customer service and told them that I had not received any package. Their response was that the parcel has been returned but they cannot actually see if it has returned, and they need to start a claim.
I followed the process steps and I am still waiting to receive a refund.
I have neither the products nor the refund two months after I ordered.
There is a phone number on the invoice and I called again. The response was the case is still ongoing and they have no response for me.
I definitely do not recommend online shopping at parfumdreams.dk.

Absolutely disgusting service. Ordered perfume on 21/08/24 and nearly a month later still not arrived and no refund. Ignored by their customer service team. Tried the contact number but it says invalid.

Fake perfume
I recieved the “Hugo boss the scent” perfume.
I felt something was wrong with the smell. I then compared it to a the same Hugo boss at a perfume store. And it was not the same smell.
If i recived a fake perfume, i want to money back. Immedietly.
I wrote an e-mail to you, and i expect to get an answer.

Only received half the order, and waiting for a month to get money back
I bought 2 perfumes and only received one. Now I've been waiting a month for the company to process my claim to get the money back for the missing perfume.
They keep delaying, saying that they are very busy with restructuring their website, but it sounds like a joke. They are playing with people's money and don't care about their customer base. I even payed for their "premium" service. Terrible customer experience.

They refused to deliver to Post Restante address (general delivery) to Denmark.
While pretty much all other businesses in the last 20 years delivered to Post Restante without issues.

Haven't recieved product for over two months
Another case where I wish I could give 0 stars, I ordered two perfumes on the 24th of November, and about a week later I received a package with only 1 of the 2 perfumes that I ordered. I then wrote them and they told me to fill out a complaint and send them pictures of my package.
Then when you fill out the form you get told that they've sent it to their so-called "back-office" which doesn't seem to exist because I haven't once heard from this "back-office" in over two months.
Horrible, absolutely horrible shopping experience and costumer service.

I’ve recently ordered the Versace Eros Parfume
I’ve recently ordered the Versace Eros Parfume in 100ml. I received an email on Friday 19th January saying item has been shipped. A couple of emails over the last couple of days questioning if my order has actually been dispatched, and no reply from this “company”. I wish I had read the reviews before placing my order as I wouldn’t have bothered. Bizarrely enough I ordered before from this company back in 2022 but can’t recall if I had the same shoddy service, but can imagine I did……..
Having read previous reviews this company seem to make lame excuses that they have had issues with the “email department”……… not a good way to run a business in my opinion.
I would steer clear as there are better companies out there who sell same items, and actually value their customers..
