Parcels always simply go missing again and again. Strange how my postwoman is wearing the shoes I ordered. Make a complaint to the local sorting office and get threats of repecustions from complaining! Currupt organisation. Take the contract off them.

Beware! I’ve been waiting for an important letter from a company. Waiting for weeks the company sent 3 letters on different dates to be sent by Royal Mail; I’m still waiting for my letter has been sent three times.
Royal Mail are very unprofessional not helpful at all.
Lost post send next day special
I needed to send sensitive hospital records so I sent them via next day special delivery before 1pm on the 6th October. When I checked tracking the following day it stated arrived in Nottingham MC on 7th due for delivery today. It's been a week and the records have not arrived and the tracking status is still saying delivery due on 7.10.25. The RM website is a nightmare to navigate but I finally logged a complaint to receive a message back 48 hours letter advising me to check the tracking via the website. What a joke you have lost sensitive hospital records and no one will help me. I've waited on the phone to speak to an advisor over an hour to then be cut off. I really don't know what to do now as you have lost medical records with sensitive information.

Royal mail is a shambles
Royal mail is a shambles. They have let the British public down time after time. Approximately 3mnth ago..I sent a 24 hr tracked parcel.lol. through post office. The mail master typed in the postcode incorrectly and the postcode he put in did not exist. The parcel was stuck in a London distribution center. After many weeks of waiting and phone calls . They said it is lost and unlikely to be found ever. . So I would be entitled to make a claim. Lol. Weeks later the tracking system says it's miraculously been delivered to the correct address. Mmmm. Weird. However the recipient has moved out . Mmmm. Many weeks still. I've had an email. Saying the information I gave in online claim form isn't enough. The hoops I've had to jump through and time I have spent is ridiculous. They really make it so you will just give up. It's too much time and hassle. And too add insult to injury they give you 10 days to respond or the close your case. The damn cheek of these people is shocking. So I'm still waiting in hope that they will deem my claim Worthy of a pay out. When I paid and trusted Royal mail to deliver my parcel within time they specify. What a joke . They really are the worst mail company ever to exist. Reviews say it all. And I will never use them for anything again.

Good to see Royal Mail are being fined for late post. I have experienced that his week. First class post birthday cards arriving 3 and 4 days late. Not good enough when they charge so much for postage.
Folkestone depot- disgraceful service

Item sent timed and tracked because it was needed, was marked yesterday as being delivered today, today get the message "Sorry, your item went to Rushden DO in error, so we re-routed it immediately. More information will be available as it travels through our network."
Lost item not delivered
Dear Customer Service Team,
I am writing regarding my recent order ([order number : IT972336661GB ) which was marked as delivered even though I have not received it. The delivery tracking shows a photo of the parcel inside the driver’s vehicle, but it was never brought to my address.
This situation is extremely distressing, as the item in question is my daughter’s school uniform, which she urgently requires for school. It is deeply concerning that the delivery was confirmed without proof of it being left safely at my property.
I kindly ask that you investigate this matter as a priority and provide a resolution — either by dispatching a replacement immediately or arranging a full refund. Please let me know what additional information you require to assist with your investigation.

Absolute disregard for their customers…
Absolute disregard for their customers & some drivers are quite prepared to LIE about attempted delivery. I stood in my porch for 2 hours so as not to miss redelivery only to see van drive past at exactly same time as tracking says delivery attempted ! LIARS ! Royal Mail are quite prepared to keep my goods & don't give a damn about their customers, complaining achieves nothing PS241343181GB

I had a couple of issues, damaged in transport and an item stuck in customs without be alerted additional info was needed by the recipient. It’s soo hard to make contact with the company, no reactive customer service and passing the buck to other connecting companies for me to deal with, ‘ well let you know if we need any further information’ complete fail and nearly had the item returned - I’ve paid Royal Mail I expect a service where I’m not scrolling through list of options, dead ends and processes and drawn out claims with ‘do not reply’ emails. It’s painful - they need to invest in an actual customer care team with easy communication - it’s archaic

Charged me £5 accusing us of reusing a stamp. We need a new letter delivery service. Robert Knowles is the guy who works in Barnsley somewhere who despite getting the photographs and could see the new frank was adamant we reused a stamp. If you work for them, leave. It's a sinking ship.
