I liked my purchase and the price was better than most. Unfortunately im having trouble getting my other orders to ship for some reason. This site has been pretty on point up until now though!

Smelled like quality perfume

Started out excited to find such an online store, but ended up canceling my orders due to the fact that they can't even process a Visa payment that was cleared for payment. WTH? They want me to get a merchant clearance number from my bank, even though Visa cleared the payment ?! Something is definitely fishy with this place.. so I canceled my order permanently and will not be doing any further business with Perfume.com ... Moreover, even though I am disappointed & would have likely spent several thousand with them over the next few years, I am glad I read some of the reviews where people had problems. It was an eye opener to say the least. - BUYER BEWARE !!!

Be very careful - while most orders are okay, if something is wrong with your product they will not assist you.

I was sent a half-full bottle on my second order with this company, and despite photographic evidence they did not even offer the half-refund I was after.

Despite the high review score remember that they are happy to sell you faulty products. Very dodgy business practices.

9 days no order confirmed, nothing still says processing. Too many other companies doing the same thing to have to wait for someone to pick it off the shelf drop it in a box and ship it. I would have had my order from micro perfumes by now.

I purchased L’Air du Temps Eau De Toilette Natural Spray and I’m very satisfied with my purchase! It smells just as I remember! I started using this fragrance back in the early 70’s. It reminds me of my dear late Mother. The customer service representative I spoke to was very friendly and very helpful! My experience with Perfume.com was a wonderful experience. I have been doing business with your co for a while, the last order two weeks ago I received my bottle of OBSESSION the only problem with it was it has no FRAGANCE this is the first time it has happen to me, I don't want to go back to Macys can you let me know if Obsession has changed.

I thought I’d try Whif perfume after seeing lots of advertisements on FB and lots of positive comments I’ve worn Channel coco mademoiselle and Channel no 5 for over 20 years but it is getting very very expensive so I thought I’d give this a go why not?
I’m so disappointed as albeit the fragrance is only a fifth of the price of the original it literally does not even smell anything like it -not even close
I feel this has proved to be very misleading and really false advertising and trust me I won’t be shopping there ever again Be aware it’s not remotely like the original-so sad 😔
