Been a loyal customer for many years…

Been a loyal customer for many years purchased two fragrances at one time as always..this time when I checked out the same exact fragrance I bought they wanted me to add to my card as an extra and it was $20 cheaper!!! Not cool. I should get that price on the one I bought not just an add-on after the fact for an extra bottle.

I ordered a ladies perfume from perfume.com and it had no color and no smell.

I ordered a ladies perfume from Perfume.com. I received a bottle of perfume with no color and no smell. I called them to report this and they were not understanding at all. I asked for a replacement, I was refused a replacement and or a refund.They were very nasty and non cooperative to help me out. I will never order from them again. I threw it out and ordered from Fragrance.net and it came in perfect, exactly what the perfume should be. I lost the money to perfume.com, but they lost me as a customer..

Unreliable/Questionable Company

27 Oct 25 Two bottles of perfume ordered and paid for. 1 bottle of wrong perfume delivered. Company informed who then requested pictures of what we received in our order - these pictures were dispatched. Efforts to obtain a refund unsuccessful as company, perfume.com stated that our case was ongoing. Over a week ago we received an email to say that our order would be dispatched in full. To date nothing as been received hence one month on we continue to wait for our products.

Buyer Beware

Buyer Beware! Horrible and rude Customer service.
I signed up for a subscription and received atomizers with no branding of the fragrance with the exception of a sticker on the bottom of the atomizer.
I believe the fragrances are counterfeit and smell like water downed body sprays.

After attempting to cancel my subscription twice, I received yet another Atomizer which was damaged. I called customer service once again. The woman I spoke to was condescending and took no responsibility.
She conveyed to me that I would have to take pictures of the damage and they would conduct an investigation over a $14.95 product. She then told me if the investigation was resolved in my favor. I would have to return the damage bottle at my own expense.
Shame on perfume.com for deceptive and predatory marketing practices.

The purchase was cancelled after payment and 3 days of waiting

I paid for it; I needed a birthday present.
Three days later, the order was canceled without explanation. I had to urgently buy it from another offline store.
A very unpleasant company.

Horrible!!!

Horrible!!!! Do not order from these people! Got a defective bottle. I gave it as a gift and it was one day out of warranty and when the person that I gave it to pulled it out of the box the whole lid just separated from the bottle and poured all over his iPad! I was embarrassed! They said I couldn’t get a replacement because I didn’t have the shipping package??? Who keeps that for a month! I’m a senior and I have to replace this gift which isn’t going to be easy for me. Buyer beware!

Don’t trust this company’s prices

Don’t trust this company’s prices, especially the so-called discount prices. Make sure to go the company of original webpages to see what the actual prices are. I looked at a perfume that was supposed to be 20% off, so checked the original maker’s website. To my surprise the makers website was at least $150 dollars cheaper! Be warned.

I have a monthly membership

I have a monthly membership with perfume.com in which i pay approximately $14.99 monthly. I dont know how much longer I will keep the membership because to be honest it is not at all worth it in my opinion. They send these little samples out every month which is basically what your paying for with a paper that has a discount code that literally says the code is expired every month. Their prices aren't much different than anywhere else, so I'm really not sure what the benefits of the membership are atp.

Quick Delivery, Product quality is Great.

I ordered it on July 20 and received it within 3 days, which was impressive. The product quality is excellent and works as expected. However, the packaging was quite simple, so a bit more care it that area would make the experience perfect. Overall, I'm happy whit my purchase.

BAIT AND SWITCH FRAUD

The product I ordered was Ralph Lauren Eau de Parfum, which was 95 USD. Perfume.com sent an Eau de Toilette AND A TESTER which retails for 59.80 USD on their website. After no less than 10 emails to them I was offered a 20 USD refund which didn't even cover difference in price. This is straight up bait and switch fraud, nothing less. All I wanted was the right product, which I continually explained to them. In their tone-deafness they refused to refund the amount or send a return postage label in order for me to send the product back for a full refund.

Perfume.com is not concerned with the integrity of servicing customers by providing the actual product they order or accepting responsibility for their mistakes.
