I purchased a wig from Nadula Hair, it was a total waste of Money. To start with the wig would never ever fit my head correctly, if I try to make it fit and tight the band at the back it would tug at the Side of the wig. Then tighten with the little pull at the back bottom of the wig it would slide off my head. This morning I decided to give this wig one more try and it took me a hour and half to get the wig to be presettable. They say put on and go, that is nothing a bunch of crap. It’s not put on go wig not even. Plus the wig never ever looked like in the pics or in the videos. It’s a total waste of money and not worth what I paid.

OMG this is my go to wig company from now on, the wig popped out of the box and right onto my head, no messing around and it looked like my hair growing out of my scalp, sold!!! I'm in love, best wig yet!!! Slay!!!

I purchased from nadula a lot so I accumulated a lot of points. They had a special going on during Black Friday The description stated the wig was 22 in real HD scalp and came with a drawstring. I purchased too I use my points which was over $130 and then I paid the rest in cash. My package took a while to get to me and once it arrived I was so excited I opened them and it was wigs that did not have drawstrings was not HD scalp. I took pictures I contacted customer service and they basically was like well you can return them. Mind you one of the wigs wasn't even 22 in it was 20. I did not want to return them because you still have to pay tariffs and it already took over two weeks to get to me and to get a refund I would have had to wait until they got the package and then decide to refund me which takes about 3 weeks I went through that process before and it's not fun. The first person I spoke to did not want to accommodate me was very rude even though they made the mistake. They offered me $10 they felt like because the wig was on flash sale and I used my points It didn't matter that they sent me a wig that was basically from 2018 the clips on the wig were old they were the long old ones and the new models don't have the length like that they're more shorter and sometimes they're removable. The wigs weren't bad quality but it wasn't what I paid for and to be a customer who have spent so much money since 2018 with this company it was very heartbreaking. I finally spoke to another person after I was like okay I at least do $20 off they didn't give me back any points I got a $20 refund I wasn't even able to do a review for the wig to get my points for doing a review for the week because they gave me a $20 refund.

The experience horrible The quality of the wigs though are very decent I love the quality of the wigs. The quality of the wigs get a four out of five customer service freaking sucks and don't care about loyalty. To blame your customer and to stay I quote the description was wrong when I'm explaining to you that even if the description was wrong I should have got back at least $45 because the drawstring wigs automatically cost more even when they're on sale. And I was charged for a drawstring wig with HD scalp and that's not what I got. I am really contemplating on whether I want to continue doing business with this company. So all in all the hair quality is great and with proper care it lasts but they don't really care about their customers. Mind you and that one month I purchase several wigs because I got everybody one for Christmas so within a month I purchased close to 12 wigs.

This company's customer service is top notch!! I accidentally ordered the same unit twice. They (Grace) contacted me to see if that's what I really wanted, and took immediate steps to refund my error order!!! This is the FIRST stress-free encounter I've ever had with a Company!!! Thank you so much Nadula Hair!! ♥️

I placed an order five days ago that is just sitting in processing status. I emailed them and was told that my order would ship in 24 hours. We are now sitting at 48 hours and still sitting in processing

Just to close all my commercial contact with Nadula, I decided to be very transparent and honest about an issue that happened after some recent purchases.
I ordered three Mystery Box 24’’ wigs, and only two arrived — both far from what was advertised. Instead of the promised 24-inch wigs, I received one 14’’ and one 16’’, while the third wig never arrived at all.
According to Nadula’s team, the missing item should have been a 16” body wave 7x5 lace (Box 9) under order #NA877750086292083251, shipped with FedEx tracking 886104682425. Payment was completed, but when I raised the issue, Nadula denied responsibility and even disputed the order code, despite all the screenshots, transaction details, and full chat records I provided.
To solve the situation, I offered two clear and fair options:
• Ship the correct 24’’ wig immediately with valid tracking, or
• Refund the full payment.

Neither was done. Instead, they offered only $20 compensation — but only if I showed the wig that never arrived (an invisible one, perhaps?).
This experience showed a complete lack of accountability and serious product misrepresentation. I share this sincerely so that other buyers can be aware and cautious when dealing with this supplier.

I got a great deal, i got two wigs and one came free!! I got a 8" bob wig w/bang for free with free scarfs, wig cap and other freebies. My wigs look good, haven't put them fully on yet but the quality is nice and not my first nadula wig.

I Love this Wig😍😍😍 Well constructed, good hair quality and was ready to wear out the box. I will order again soon.

I ordered another gluess wig a month ago I have no idea what they sent me i emailed then over 50 times and Noone responded so I tried to give the benefit of doubt but they failed again after the post from October 8 they still never contacted me you companies love to take people's money but cant respond for a return im calling better business bureau

Trying to get a refund status. Customer Service doesn't reply ever. The most frustrating thing ever.

I placed an order since the 29th novemeber, I have not received any order # or confirmation to my payment to date. Worst service

I have not recieved an order confirmation email and I have emailed twice with no response but I’m getting constant marketing emails

I recommend Nadula wigs. They are perfect, long-lasting, made from real hair, and are of good quality. What's more, the team is really attentive, always there to help or offer solutions.

I’ve been a buyer for the company using this vendor for some time and people always ask me is the wigs I’m wearing is my natural hair. I have to let them know assume. But some instantly ask where I get my wigs from. I don’t have a complaint because they always let me know that something can’t be done and they have instant feedback on different things. I’m grateful.

This is my 3rd time ordering from them and this time the wig I ordered was in backlog so they communicated with me and offered alternative options. They are prompt and very polite. They keep me updated on my order. Overall the customer service is amazing!
