I'm a businessman and have used and recommended ramp card for several years. My opinion is changing. They have invested heavily in technology and automation. However that asset slaps back;what is gained they lack on the humanity side. You can expect a level of business understanding that will be very shallow as well as no empathy and random changes to your purchasing power that could be detrimental to your business. I would consider them as an option but definitely have other things in place because they may surprise you with difficulty when you least expect it. Consider an AXP or Discover as a companion as you will need it at times of disappointment.

This is an unusual company. While they may have great products, their screening and onboarding is a mess. I have multiple companies of various sizes and their intake form asks for a "connection to our financial system" long before I have a conversation about the service/ pricing/ etc. Not sure what their target market is but apparently an older businessperson/ entrepreneur isn't it. Oh, and I have been prospected multiple times after being "turned down" by their auto-responder email on one of my businesses. They keep asking if I'll fill out their calendar for a 15 minute meet and greet. Why the barrier in one case and the open arms in the other? Plain and simple, in a land of AI and automations, you have some work to do. A mult-billion dollar valuation, yeah, right. Final note: they stood me up for the video call.

Ramp makes business expenses easy. With texting notifications for purchasing, submit reciepts with a text pic, mark the designated accounts for expeses, and a confirmation of completed transactions.

Ramp has made our company spending a breeze. Each department has thier own card to manage spending and budget limits.

We should have switched to RAMP sooner.

They lie to you about features in order to get you to sign up. Once you're in, the service is terrible and the functionality is far worse than the sales pitch. They are a decade behind Bill.com (Divvy). Absolute piece of trash Company. I gave up on RAMP after 6 months. I truly wanted it to work well.

Ramp has the absolute worst customer service. There is no number, just a general email that takes days to get a response.

We have used Ramp for more than a year, and it has revolutionized our processes, saving us time and money.

Moving to Ramp was one of the best things that ever happened at my company. It has saved every single person on our team so much time, and saved our finance team as well. Having tried competitor solutions like Brex and one other one that was so traumatic I have forgotten the name, I am just so impressed with Ramp.

This company is the worse corporate card your will ever find. Their “assurance” team is nothing but a disaster. They are a liability to any company they do business with. They will do things like repeatedly change your auto pay to an account that you no longer use even after disconnecting it from the platform, shut down the card for you and all of your employees, then stall for over a week to get you wire instructions to get the card paid for. They did this to us more than 2x both times we were borderline in a panic wondering if this is going to hurt the companies credit, why they wouldn’t give us proper instruction (our wire was returned once), and what was going on.
Both times we eventually got it paid but once it drug on 2.5 weeks. They are a liability and their rapid growth has turned their entire operation into a disaster. They were once an amazing small business tool that has turned into a disaster bound to mess up the financial history of a company due to their own unorganization. As much as I hope the best for every business I genuinely urge you to stay away from this company for now for your own protection.

The concept works well for our business. Keeps us from micromanaging while also having clear oversight. There are a lot of flexible options when it comes to controlling and documenting spend. Interfacing with Quickbooks is incredibly easy. This platform has saved immeasurable hours of data collection and recording.

The travel management aspect of the platform is extremely glitchy and filled with bugs. At this point it's cost our company more money to pay for Ramp Plus in addition to excessive travel spend due to the glitches we've experienced. It does not feel like it's set up to support corporate travel with it's current state

The very MINIMUM they should have done was call me. Furthermore, they should be compensating every job candidate's wasted time for their application project. It is absolutely disgusting how they get away with this dehumanizing behavior.

Ramp is incredibly easy to use and has streamlined systems that used to take hours of our team members' time. The app is very user friendly, forwarding email receipts is effortless and the dashboard keeps me updated quickly. By far the best feature is how quickly I can update a whole slew of invoices and have all the necessary information pulled so it can be processed and paid with just a few clicks. Ramp has saved me so much time, energy, money and stress.

Ramp is a complete business expenses system, for credit card online purchases, bill payments, travel expenses, reimbursements etc. Their UI is very friendly to accounting staff and employees.

We've been using Ramp for almost 2 years. It's so much easier to track expenses, especially since you can photograph a receipt to upload it right away. No more lost receipts, easy reconciliation and effortless accounting with a direct link into our general ledger. Love the versatility of both a physical and a virtual card with a different number on the virtual to help with security. The flexibility to issue cards to anyone on the staff and easily monitor purchases can't be beat!

We were early on Ramp and have not been disappointed. Ramp has revolutionized our Bill Pay and Credit Card processes. They are the leader in inovation and quickly add workflows and enhancements. The travel platform will be our next Ramp product.

Ramp has been a very good tool for our company. The invoice tracking, card holder reminders, and integration with our operating system are all great tools.
