Untrustworthy Refund and Customer Service Experiences. I ordered the Ekster Wallet Pro on Sep 09, returned it immediately on Sep 10, and my refund request was processed on Nov 12.

First of all, they intentionally made it super inconvenient to find the customer service email. No one proactively approached me after the return package arrived. I only got a response after 2 rounds of cold emailing. The product itself was okay, but mind you that I returned it because I couldn't close the wallet properly.

My most favorite wallet I’ve ever had hands down. The customer service is exceptional. Great product great service. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is a great company with great products and customer service! Our dog somehow found my wallet and essentially destroyed it. Customer service was extremely helpful in getting a replacement. I love my wallet and I'm happy Ekster stands strongly behind their products.

Ekster's travel packs are the best! It helped us pack some winter coats and jackets for our trip to New Zealand in July. I had purchased compression packing cubes, and they were horrible and bulky. I plan to buy more for our next trip next year.

And we recently replaced my husband's Ekster wallet with a Japanese Damascus one, and he likes his new wallet. He said it fits better in his suit pocket. Thanks a lot for making sustainable and reliable products.

Had an issue with the card release mechanism on my wallet. Amazon wouldn’t allow return but I was happy to get help direct from Ekster who sent me a new wallet. Thanks!

Nothing major, just some minor ordering issues because I’m new with Ekster but I contacted Valentina in customer service and she took care of everything immediately. High quality products with high-end customer service, you can’t go wrong!!!

I believe I had an issue with the cardholder pro I purchased.
Support got make to me very quickly asking for more information. After first review, it seemed as if my issue was normal. Support continued to work with me as we tried to figure out what was going on.
Ultimately, they valued my concern and setup a warranty claim. It was a very easy process and Ekster Support remained in touch the entire time. The wallet is beautiful and so is the company at the end of the day!

Ekster stood behind their product and shipped me out a new wallet when I was having issues with it. I will always buy with quality companies that stand behind their product. I will pay a premium for this. Thank you to the Ekster team.

Great company with great product and warranty

Sometimes things happen. My card holder broke and wasn’t holding my credit cards in place. I contacted Ekster and they directed my information to Paola in customer service. They determined my card holder was still under warranty and they would start a claim. Paola contacted me quickly (within 24 hours) and asked me to upload a video of my card holder malfunctioning. That same day Ekster determined that I would receive a new Carbon Card Holder at no charge. Paola provided a quick response and settlement of my complaint. They handled my problem perfectly. I highly recommend this company.

My wallets were lost in shipment & the Ekster Team investigated & promptly sent out replacement wallets.

Bought a parliament steel blue wallet in september 2021. It's the regular version now if i'm not mistaken.

Have been using it daily since. Wallet still works flawlessly, mechanics steel feel as new, leather has some damage but that is to be expected after spending over 4 years in my pockets.

As a 4 year heavy user of the parliament wallet. I can fully recommend the ekster wallets.

Shout out to Maia and the Ekster support team who assisted me with my warranty claim process. The process was super simple and straightforward. I was elated to know that the process time was very short and I received my replacement item a few days later.

I have the slim aluminum wallet that I purchased over 3 years ago. I love this thing. Unfortunately, the elastic money clip band has stretched out. I went on the Ekster website to try to purchase a replacement band but I couldn’t find them. I assumed I’d likely have to bite the bullet and purchase a whole new wallet. In a last ditch effort, I reached out directly to Ekster to ask if they had bands for sale. To my surprise, they asked for some basic purchasing info from when I placed my order, along with a picture/ video of the issue, and they told me they were shipping out a new band at no charge. I was shocked, in a great way. Their customer service was very responsive and handled this interaction very quickly and professionally. I worked with Gonzalo. He was awesome! I was already planning to make my next wallet another Ekster but they ensured they have a customer for life. 10/10 highly recommend Ekster. Thank you Ekster!

Fantastic. Product is brilliant and when my charger failed they replaced it quickly and free of charge. Very impressed

They responded within a timely manner, super helpful and straightforward. Even though my product wasn’t really considered to be covered by warranty they still went ahead and helped me out, I’m super grateful and will continue to use their products!

I contacted Ekster regarding wear on my bifold wallet purchased a couple of years ago. Their response was prompt, courteous, and solution-oriented. A full replacement was arranged immediately, without any friction.
The experience was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend both the products and the team behind them.

Amazing customer service! They were super quick with my cancellation. Unfortunately I had to cancel my order since my wife already surprised me with another edc wallet. But I will definitely come back in the future for their other line of products.
