Place an order with just eat from coop Exmouth and they sent it to coop exeter road they just dumped it on the floor where no shop assisted could see it never handed it to them and marked as delivered before I was there and given them my pin number which they need to prove ive collected my order. 2 hours later the shop assistant from coop found my order and it had all defrosted and ice cream all melted so they contacted me to say they had found it. She said she would contact just eat to see what they could do about it and I requested refund as shopping been out for over 2 hours. Just Eat then told Southern coop to throw it away as I couldn't collect as id requested refund in which the lady did and then just eat said they couldn't refund me. So in my eyes this is stealing how could this be allowed very bad service from this company. AVOID AT COST they just rip people off and let drivers mark as delivered without PIN so un acceptable.

Reported a restaurant I have used many times and thus knew that the portions were children size for regular meals. Was told nothing could be done, thus spent £35 for what amounted to a child size meal. Went through the useless bot, an arrogant operative and then the equally useless, dismissive supervisor stating to be careful of which restaurants to use and leave a review. I often work late so spent c. £200 a week on this App. I have now uninstalled ansd will urge everyone I know to boycott it. My sincere hope is that this awful company goes bust

literally awful. my order got pushed back for over 2 hours and was still saying over an hour until delivery. the restaurant couldn’t help, as it was stuck in ‘preparing’. i managed to cancel the order and received 0 refund. customer service was useless

Made an order which when received, was incorrect. Sent justeat proof of the error when requesting a refund, only to be told that it’s refused due to having requested refunds for errors in the past!! Sent proof of every single mistake, which happens on a semi regular basis due to just eats lack of care for the customer. Utterly ridiculous service, do not use!

Idiot Just Eat delivery person cycling ILLEGALLY and erratically through the pedestrianised area of Carr Street, Ipswich and then through the red light on the Pedestrian Crossing in Upper Brook Street 13:07hrs 07/10/25.

Diabolical. Terrible customer service and an inadequate courier who said they attempted delivery which they never did. Now being told that I won't receive a refund because the courier said they made an attempt!!

Did not receive my order but was charged and told I would not receive a refund first and last time I would ever use this company

Disgraceful company. Food is always cold and late. Items missing, drinks spilled and wet other food, customer service shocking and just fob you off with an email. Definitely boycotting this poor excuse of a company

Lost £20, didn’t receive my food as they said they had delivered it. Don’t recommend don’t use it.

Delivery driver caught stealing 40 pounds worth of food and just eat refuse to refund!

I accidentally ordered my delivery to my work address, i realised when the driver was already at my work reception, he said he had to leave it there and couldn't bring it to me (fair enough).

I drive to work to grab my food, only to be the told that the delivery driver took a picture of my order (to prove he'd delivered it) then took it saying he was going to drop it to me as I don't live far from work.

Absolute joke!

Just eat said they won't refund as I ordered to the wrong address...so what...that means your driver can steal my food?

Why order hot food when it doesn't arrive hot.
What food delivery company think that it's acceptable to send food orders with other deliveries l, thus making my food cold when it got to me, if I order food that is best enjoyed hot, I expect it to be hot enough to enjoy the food.

And drivers fresh off the boat who (a) cant find my house when they are right outside and (b) call me for directions but cant speak English.

And that seems to be the norm these days.

I placed an order for food delivery from a local pub through the just eat app. Shortly afterwards the pub phoned me and said that due to a delivery problem they couldn't fulfil the order so I would get a refund. Two days later I get charged the full amount of £43.18. I've contacted just eat who claim I cancelled the order and agreed to a 100% charge .
I categorically did not cancel the order. I've phoned the pub who say there's nothing they can do about it. So I'm now £43.18 down and no one wants to know. Disgusting service from the app and the pub and I won't be using either again in the future

I cancelled an order for £37.14 as the wait time was too long, cancelled after around 5mins, justeat took my WHOLE refund 😡 I rang the shop they said I have to ring JE customer service, which I did, very rude on the phone, said they will call back which they never did, I have opened an investigation with my bank to dispute this. I have cancelled before many times & been refunded half my money just into my justeat balance. This is a disgusting thing to do to customers, if it was not for us customers it wouldn't be a company.

Just eat uk, Lieferung kam bis vors haus laut tracker wurde aber nicht zugestellt. Kein anruf trotz mehrfachem kontakt versuch einfach vor die Haustür gelegt angeblich. Und einfach auf geliefert gesetzt. Geld per Paypal abgewickelt. Just eat will das Geld nicht zurück zahlen. Schlechter bis kein service. Nur noch cash zahlen. Sonst liefern die einfach nicht.

Co-op and just eat delivery terrible service!! Driver doesn’t care where to deliver my daughter’s order to her uni accommodation. Just calls and says can’t find you and hangs up! Delivery left somewhere but who knows where. Delivery driver doesn’t take a call or respond to messages thereafter. Call Co-op and they wash their hands of it, even though they use them to deliver their sold items. Ring just eat and they say nothing they can do and just log your issue online!! Absolute joke and the worse customer service I’ve ever experienced. No doubt no money back from non delivery order just to complete the horrendous service. Never ever shop with co-op and just eat for delivery!!!!

Absolutely disgusting. Placed an order on the 8.10.25 for macdonalds. original delivery time was estimated for 18.25. The time kept changing and it said driver assigned and was on their way to the restaurant to collect the order. At 22.00, I rang the restaurant to see what was going on. Woman I spoke to was very rude and said I would have to contact Just Eat. There is absolutely no way to contact customer support on Just eat. Live chat is AI which doesn't have a clue. It's now 17.05 on the 9.10.25 and the app is still saying my order is being prepared! Still took my money! Absolutely fuming!

Food delivered cold from McDonald’s & no compensation offered. Have deleted app !

I placed an order through just eats this evening as I am hospitalised and needed some bits to eat and clean myself. I clearly stated my location and how to find me on the order. The driver turned up marked my delivery as delivered but when the nurse went to meet him both him and my delivery where no where to be seen. How can you as a company use the last two digit of my mobile number and expect drivers not to know how to steal people stuff? He never showed proof of delivery I have video proof I never collected it as I am in hospital. This has added emence stress to an already stressful time for me. Just eats refused to respond to my query so I am going to the financial ombudsman to take this further as this is not how you deal with people
