Their information about the flight booking was showed a wrong passenger name record, wrong airline code and also different flight number. Check-in from home therefore not possible. On the phone Catai was not helpful and rude. We had to phone Iceland to clarify about the flight. The trip itself, provided by Vision of Scandinavia, was great. I would never again choose Catai as an agent.
