Closed account on December 13

Closed account back in Dec. 2023....said they no longer do business in the jurisdiction of the account after 15 years open. Force liquidated positions. Cost about 180K now in unrealized gains mostly in Silver.

Money was taken from my account which I…

Money was taken from my account which I have closed without my consent. Saxo sent an email in late September highlighting the charge starting in November if I did not remove the balance on the account. In October I tried to take the money out but I could not do so, I escalated and then was told try again, still I could not withdraw it. This dragged into November and I still could not withdraw the money. But Saxo took the money none the less and refuse point blank ton refund it. As a result I will be closing another account there as the client service and respect for the client is terrible.

Online helpdesk is helpless

I think the online helpdesk for stock trading is helpless... they don't understand simple requests and they are overall inefficient. Unfortunately they only allow text chatting. So frustrating

The saxo go app is so easy to use

The saxo go app is so easy to use, even for an idiot like me! The support service they provide is excellent, both on the app and importantly on the phone as well. They are available at all times of the day, which is so useful. I received live support on the phone with a wonderful guy called Hadi. He gave me an hour of his time to guide me through a small issue that needs resolving. I'm old so I like to talk to a human and I'm very lucky to have spoken to Hadi. His English skills were perfect even with very technical words. And his knowledge and advice was perfect as well as his friendly character. Thank you so much!

Recently I was invited to the Saxo Bank office in Canary Wharf London for a presentation about UK current political and economic affairs held by Helen Thomas CEO of Blonde Money and Neil Wilson investment strategist. Is important to know the political climate in UK before making the next move in the financial markets. No consideration for customer time and charging fees they are responsible for

I have a trading account with them. They generated a temporary account for a stock that was not anymore eligible to my plan. Until then no problem, they sold it. Without any notice, they started charging interests on a temporary account that they generated for the sale of this stock. I called several times to close this account and the customer service told they will deal with it. Nothing, And they know ask to pay for interests I am not responsible for. Not a single consideration of the time I spent to get it closed. They simply don't care. To be avoided.
