They are scammers

They are scammers

They only take your money only

No number to call

The customer service text it is not a AI it’s a bad version of Siri basically useless and when you try to get a hold of actual human. I waited over 1 hour and it kicked me out. I tried 3 more times with more than hour each time and finally someone texted back. They told me to pay and send them my receipt for refund and I was denied. Even though I was told to pay and I get my money back.

I paid for a round trip ticket but on my returned flight I had to pay $70 because they did not include the fee on one ticket. One was included and the other didn’t. No explanation as to why…..

If they are the last option to fly. I’ll just walk. scammers!

I think Kiwi is a convenient but...

I think Kiwi is a convenient and excellent service. But, unfortunately, one small detail can ruin all the other advantages.
While away from home and planning a return trip consisting of three flights, we unexpectedly received a message from Kiwi that night that our Argentine Airlines flight scheduled for the next day had been canceled. We were asked to choose a refund method.
Since the airline's customer service wasn't available overnight, we spent the entire night searching for ways to fly/leave/sail away to continue our logistics chain. Ultimately, we bought tickets at 5x the price, as it was the most realistic offer.
When we arrived at the airport, it turned out that Argentine Airlines, without sending any notice, had changed our tickets to the same flight we'd purchased.
We cancelled the tickets we'd purchased the night before, but still haven't received a response from the airline.
The money for 5x the ticket price has been reserved by the bank.
This has been and continues to be a huge source of stress.
It would have been better if Kiwi hadn't announced the changes at all, rather than mislead and cause panic and unnecessary spending.

Scam site

Scam site. Once they get your money they could not care less. There is no 24 h free cancellation as in all solid sites. They are selling two different tickets, though for ex Booking shiwed same itinerary on one booking. Avoid at any cost.
