Very poor communication from beginning to end. Multiple people, different phone numbers, and many times I was left waiting for hours. They show no respect for your time. The different representatives that I had to contact also don’t communicate with each other, because they gave me different information about costs and time lines.

The final delivery was handled haphazardly, and my belongings were sloppily dropped off in my apartment. I had already discussed and made payments to the coordinating team, but one of the men servicing the job refused to leave unless I made an additional payment to him directly. He continued to message me the following day, to which the coordinating team just said to “block him”. Not professional.

I understand that there are variables that affect a long distance move, even though the initial salesperson told me there was a “90% chance” that my delivery would arrive in a specific time window. Ultimately, my dissatisfaction is that I tried to get updates and information so that I could plan accordingly, and I was either ghosted or got delayed responses, sometimes with last minute information.

LifeTime Movers efficiently and affordably relocated everything from my vacation home with impressive speed. Much Affriciated!
