Supposed to be a nonstick frying pan after I did what the paper said a little oil oil heat let it cool a little oil will heat cool and it’s ready. I cook eggs this morning and then we stick into the pan. I paid $200 for this.

The concept of clean practices is great. I really looked forward to trying the cutting boards I ordered. After unpacking them I found the edges to be very sharp and they snag cloths and skin. I sent an email about this issue. I may have to send them back without trying them. The edges are dangerous.

This company relies on misinformation and fear-based marketing instead of honesty. Their entire comparison chart for cookware materials is filled with half-truths, exaggerations, and outright false claims designed to scare customers into buying their product.
They describe stainless steel as “reactive” and claim it “alters taste,” which is blatantly false. Stainless steel is one of the least reactive materials in any kitchen and is used in professional and commercial food production for exactly that reason.
They also depict carbon steel and cast iron as if they are dangerous, fragile, or impractical—despite the fact that both materials are used daily in restaurants around the world because they are reliable, safe, durable, and predictable. Calling them “not worth the trouble” is nothing more than manipulative marketing.
Their claims about non-stick and ceramic coatings are also heavily exaggerated. Yes, these materials have realistic drawbacks, but the company twists genuine concerns into sensationalized, fear-mongering statements that misrepresent how these products actually behave in real use. Modern PTFE coatings do not “expose your food to toxins,” and suggesting otherwise is irresponsible.
What this company is doing is simple:
They tear down every other cooking material using misleading or false information in order to make their own product look like the only safe choice. This is a classic red flag. If your product is truly superior, you shouldn’t have to rely on dishonest comparisons and scare tactics to sell it.
If a brand can’t market itself without distorting basic cookware science, I have zero confidence in the product behind the marketing. There are countless reputable brands that don’t need to mislead customers to make a sale. I’d strongly recommend buying from literally any of them instead of supporting a company that treats misinformation as a business model.
Stainless steel, carbon steel, and cast iron — my three go-to materials — are all superior to titanium cookware because they offer better heat retention, more consistent cooking performance, and far greater durability. Stainless steel provides a stable, non-reactive surface that handles high heat and develops fond for better flavor. Carbon steel delivers the same searing power as cast iron but with faster responsiveness and a lighter weight, making it a favorite in professional kitchens. Cast iron excels at heat retention and browning in a way titanium simply cannot match. Titanium pans are light but suffer from poor heat distribution, lower thermal mass, and higher cost without offering real cooking advantages. In actual performance, the classic steels outperform “titanium” in every meaningful cooking category.

I like the way it’s constructed and with Titanium.
However, its not non stick, and because of this, I will not be using this pan regularly. Waste of money, and if i can return, please let me know.

Just received product today. The cutting boards look and feel great. Haven't used them yet but know from the quality of the material, they will be awesome as I cook on my new Blackstone griddle!

I found that my antivirus kicked in when visiting the site. Both on my phone and laptop. Wouldnt let me onto site so went digging about this company on the internet and saw about 50% of the reviews were bad. From quality to scam accusations. Lots of scam warnings. I have a few titanium cutting boards not from this company and all my expensive knives have become dull from using them. Seeing the review of this company's cutting boards dulling knives made me realize why mine were going dull. The general opinion of their products is not good quality or not well made so I canceled the order. Seeing how much is said about this company being a scam I stopped the charge, canceled the order and changed my credit card.

Excellent cutting board. I love having the drainage groove around the edge on one side. My only complaint is that the edges are not de-burred and my wife was fearful of getting cut. I gently filed all the edges and lightly went over them with a Scotch-Bright wheel for a final finish.

We really enjoy not eating plastic, protecting our knives and not growing n bacteria. Our only complaint is that the grooves don’t hold a lot of juices from meats. Wished they were wider or deeper.
But overall, very pleased; we have 2 sizes.

DO NOT BUY!! False advertising, misrepresenting product, construction and composition!
I ordered the following: Complete Signature Titanium Cookware Set (14 Piece) for 849.15 after discounts. So far, I have only received the titanium spoon, and one of the 11 inch pans. The spoon is actually made of titanium, however, the pan is stainless steel… Not titanium! I want a full refund for false advertising without paying a stocking fee or shipping. If I do not get this, I am going to launch a campaign on all social media platforms, letting everyone know that your PANS are falsely advertised as pure titanium. They’re blatantly lying by saying they’re pans are made of certified pure titanium on their website and from what I see in the other reviews, it’s not the only thing they lie about. I have not used the pan, but after looking at it, I suspected it was not titanium and confirmed it with a test. Pure titanium will not hold a magnet. Stainless steel will hold a magnet. I used a refrigerator magnet and it’s stuck on the pan quite strongly! These pans are made of stainless steel, NOT TITANIUM!!!!!!
Secondly, I’m going to have my friend who is a lawyer start a class action suit against your company.
I sent an email and have not received a response.
I await your response and I certainly hope it directly addresses EACH of these issues.

What a great set of cutting boards. Have used similar titanium boards and they don't match up to the quality these are made of. A little pricey but we'll worth it.

Super bad service.
I paid for a pan more than one week ago and I haven’t get anything.
They probably just stole my money.
Don’t buy to this company.

Love the look of the pans. They also cook up some great food!!! They do really well on gas stoves. Just remember don’t use a high heat. That’s the norm for all non stick pans.

I bought the entire set and it's inferior quality from the ones I have. It immediately burned the inside of the pots after cooking it in oil first before using titanium pans. And customer service is horrible. You can't talk to anyone after they received your money. Go buy the real thing.
