I placed an order on December 5th, 2024, paid fully, and as of November 24th, 2025 — nearly AN ENTIRE YEAR LATER — I still have not received anything.
What follows is the exact timeline of my attempts to get help, alongside NutraLife’s copy–paste, empty reassurances.

December 5, 2024 – Order Confirmation
“Thank you for your purchase! We're getting your order ready to be shipped.”
January 17, 2025 – My first follow-up
“Hi, I haven't received my product yet... please can we do something about it?”
January 28, 2025 – Their copied reassurance #1
“Thank you for your patience. I am checking with my team and will let you know soon. We sincerely apologize for the delay…” — Georgia

⚠️ One Full Year Later — Still No Product, No Refund, No Accountability
Throughout this entire year, NutraLife has:
Not reshipped my order
Not refunded me
Not provided any real update
Only sent the same generic apology over and over
Their “support” system appears to rely on copy–paste responses designed to stall customers, not to help them.
💳 Revolut Dispute Details (for transparency)
I paid via Revolut, and according to their policies:
A buyer protection claim must be filed within 360 days of purchase.
Chargebacks can take up to 12 weeks in complex cases.
Revolut requires proof that the customer tried resolving the issue with the merchant — which I obviously have.
Despite this, NutraLife’s lack of cooperation makes recovery of funds difficult, leaving the customer stuck.
❌ Final Thoughts
After nearly a full year of unanswered questions, stalling, and copy-pasted apologies, I can confidently say:
I cannot recommend NutraLife to anyone.
Their customer service is negligent, their communication is misleading, and their handling of a simple order is unacceptable.

They falsely advertised a “buy 2 get 2 free” deal stating if you buy 2 packages you will get 2 free for a total of 4 packages. Turns out you only get 2 packages and then the only thing customer support will say after you message them asking about it is that you misunderstood their website when they clearly show a package of 60 gummies and state it’s a package of 60 gummies but then tell you they doubled a 30 gummy pack into 60 in a pack so that’s why you only received 2. They are scamming people into buying this product and honestly so far I can’t see that it even has changed anything. They do not uphold the money back guarantee either as they will not let you return the product that you purchased because of their false advertisement. Would not buy these again from this company,

I had to close my bank account and go open a new one with a completely new card because they non stop were trying to take my money even after trying to cancel. all they say is “sorry we are having technical difficulties” scammers and don’t give you the deals and rock hard stale ass gummies that don’t work. False publicity on bundle packages 😡 I bought the bundle buy two get two free and received only 2 out of the 4 that was mentioned. I tried talking with them by email and had no solution toward the missing products even with proof of pictures and now the email they had appears to me like non existing. There customer service is awful never trusting there page again and suggest not buying with them

I ordered one of these packs back in April and received the worst service. I checked their website and everything, shipping times etc. Their customer service is appalling. My case is still ongoing and my product is stuck in transit and the manner of the service representative sounds AI. I have gone elsewhere for similar product so I would advise those still looking not to order from here!. It shouldn't take over 2 months to receive an order thats not even far! And they should specify potential delays with the transit process.
Highly disappointed in this. 0/10.
