When I saw this on Facebook, I thought yeh right! Very American. As a woman coming into her 50's, I decided I needed to ensure I didn't go down the same route as many where all of a sudden its hard to get up from the floor, or bend to put your socks on and with a 9yr old niece who wants me to go to her gymnastics classes, I new I had to embark on something. I took the plunge.
I was sceptical as to what could be achieved but Mark my dedicated coach took me under him wing, designing a program to me to challenge my needs and conditions. Each session with videos to show me how to do the exercises and videos I took of me doing the movements, feedback was giving to elevate my confidence in myself and the movements I was getting correct, with tweaks for the ones I had to perfect yet. Each move broken down into small bite size pieces. Slowly progression was shown to me and I could feel it myself too. I had a goal to be able to take part ( and not look like a stiff old lady) in my nieces classes. I have achieved this, can do a hand stand and hold it, get up and down from the floor no issues, squat down with my feet flat on the floor quite comfortably for a few minutes and get back up unaided, even do my splits that I was able to do when I was younger. With the program you are hand held all the way, never left feeling did I do that right? There is an interactive chat group to enter to help and my coach Mark was always at the end of the phone or messaging me for updated progress reports or catch ups on where I was at. This has changed my flexibility no end in a slow and steady way. I never felt pushed /rushed or that I couldn't do anything. All done in the comfort of my home, no shame, no onlookers with judgements. This will be part of my life moving forward as my movements, flexibility and self confidence has grown so much in the three months , I had embarked on.
The results are so worth it, moving more free and not second guessing my movements daily. I would highly recommend this to anyone who whats to maintain, improve or even get more and hold on to regular daily movements.

Moves Method helped me reverse shoulder stiffness and hip tightness that was causing me a lot of pain and mobility limitations. The program really made a difference on how my shoulder and hips felt at rest and during exercising. Coach John explained things well and adjusted the program to fit my life challenges. He truly cared about my success and progress. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was based on cost and the amountof time needed to setup to film sessions. It is a little pricey considering everything is online.
The mobility exercises are effective and easy to achieve whether you are at home, in the gym or even travelling. Very few additional pieces needed to do the daily workout. It’s improved my stability and flexibility. I’ve combined these days into my gym weightlifting. 2 weight exercises then 2 mobility exercises continuing for 1:15.
App is a little old school to reference in the gym is the only suggestion to improve to “awesome”.

Ok I have taken the time to read many reviews. It is easy to critisize, but I can honestly say that I have put this program Moves Method with my coach Tommy, into daily practice, and in 8 weeks, my mobility has increased so much. things I could do as a child have begun to come back to me. It definitely does work if you are prepared to put the effort in at least 6 days a week. I am into week 10 of yes, an expensive program which I also was skeptical of, but I have found this to be incredible. My coach Tommy has changed exercises that were too hard for me, has has modified and then increased as I have got better. It's about you putting in the work guys. Yes, it is definitely expensive, but if you try this, and commit, you WILL get the results you want. It's not easy, but it is giving me back mobility that I had lost for many many years. Oh and by the way I am a 60 yr old female.
Coach John Thompson was excellent. Not only did he provide encouragement but he also adapted the exercises to accommodate an injury I was dealing with. Outstanding program.
I like how organized this program is. I just joined but I’m excited it get started. A lot of valuable information. The community seems so supportive and the support team responded in a timely manner when I inquired about something.

I’m a 68 year young ex college wrestler who has been in and out of shape for the last 5 years. I realized I need more than just weights and cardio and getting humbled moving in ways I haven’t for a long time is very humbling but the short term challenge is worth it. I have crazy good goals and I believe bring discipline and consistent here is going to help achieve them. When I do. I will share.

Moves Method is the real deal. My coach (Kelly Bollman) has changed my life in a way that I know will be sustainable. The mobility work has been a missing piece in my pursuit of health. In past experiences with trying to start weightlifting, old injuries (previous neck surgery, lumbar herniated discs, knee problems) have flared over and over. Kelly and Moves Method designed a program for me that started slow and built a foundation of mobility, teaching me to trust my body again.
The best part about the 1:1 coaching with Kelly was the holistic approach he uses. He really listened to me, and created a unique, personalized approach that addressed my overall metabolic health through nutrition and cardiovascular health, as well as the main focus of mobility and strength.
Kelly was so approachable and available, and the app format was great-Vanya’s form videos are super helpful, and Kelly’s form feedback videos were so valuable in fixing patterns of movement that weren’t ideal.
If you have the financial wherewithal and are wondering if 1:1 coaching is worth the expense-it is. We only have this one body and I can’t imagine a better thing to invest in.

This is so much fun! I really love the variety and the holistic approach of the trainings. Furthermore everything is explained quite well and there is so much we learn besides the drills. It is also amazing that we can ask questions to the coaches personally in live calls and learn from other questions. I am sure that I can solve my issues with this mobility toolkit and all the other stuff and develop a whole new body composition!

Yes, you heard me right: time waits for no one. Money comes and goes, but health is something neither time nor money can buy instantly. However, you can use your time and money to improve your health with Movemethod. The more time you spend living with improper body mechanics, the more your body will continue to experience pain and discomfort. I can tell you from experience, and I'm only 23 years old. How did I manage to feel body aches at a young age? It's simple: I lifted with improper body mechanics and lacked movement. I would rest by sitting on the couch for hours, thinking I was resting, thinking the soreness would go away. It never does unless you move. Remember, the pain you feel now is just a glimpse of what the future holds. Stop overthinking, stop ignoring, but most importantly, stop believing that body pain is normal as we age. Take action now because if you don't, your body will be in pain for the rest of your life. You have two choices in life: take control over your body or forever be a prisoner to your body. I made my choice.
Although I'm not at 100 percent yet, I'm okay with that because I know it's a process. Especially after spending months doing weighted calisthenics with improper mechanics, and not doing any mobility training. Two combos that made my body feel like it's worked for decades. At the end of the day, you have to show up for yourself, so don't blame the program if you're not even putting in the work. I don't recommend you join MovementMethod if you're someone who seeks instant gratification, quits easily, or struggles with communication, because you will regret it. Why? You can't understand that your pain-free joinery is not a sprint but a marathon. Do a resting squat, and you will see how tight and immobilized your body has become. Peace
P.S
If you've experienced injuries from weight lifting or doing weighted calisthenics like me, you can see my journey on Mocoisn Lifestyle. I will be working towards 100 percent health while working to learn skills I once thought I couldn't achieve because of the pain I faced back in February.
I signed up to this program because I wanted to find the athletic body I used to have…. Knowing I’m older 68, I wanted to move through my day, with grace and strength. I got everything I wanted and more from ‘Movesmethod’.the coaching was awesome and new and challenging exercises were always exciting and fun to do!
The company has a solid approach to strength and mobility. My assigned coach is enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and very responsive to tailoring to program to meet my needs. I'm only 8 weeks into the program and I'm moving better with less pain than ai could ever remember.
I've been using Moves Method's Mobility Toolkit for the last several months and it's made a huge difference in my strength, flexibility, and confidence in my own body.

What made my experience great?
My experience has been exceptional because I finally feel that I have the right tools to rebuild my body after more than 15 years of pain, injuries, and compensation patterns. For the first time, I understand why setbacks occur and how my body reacts, which helps me stay patient and motivated. The guidance I’ve received has given me clarity, hope, and a sense of progress I haven’t felt in years.
What is the company doing well?
MovesMethod excels at explaining the “why” behind each movement and setback, which builds confidence and trust in the process. They don’t just focus on the exercises themselves — they focus on the whole healing journey, including strengthening weakened areas and reversing long-standing compensation patterns. Their method is structured, supportive, and designed to help the body heal naturally and sustainably. This holistic and educational approach is what truly sets them apart.
I love this program and would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone! The exercises and stretches are very challenging (even for advanced athletes) and they make you become a better version of you. The customer support team is also phenomenal. They're on top of everything!

The customer service team is Awesome. I haven't done any of the exercises on the app.Just yet, but I have done some of the exercises that I have seen on youtube before joining this program. And they are awesome, so I can only imagine that the program itself is going to be great. And I feel like the customer service team is a good representation of the experience that I will have in the program. They respond to you very quickly.I easily get frustrated with emails because it takes twenty four hours or more. For them to respond, but with this team they respond promptly. Upon opening the app itself, it shows you and explains in detail. How the program will run?And I believe that is just awesome, because you can tell that they put a lot of love and care into making sure that you have a full understanding and are not confused when it's time for you to start the program. Although i havealeays been pretty active when it comes to fitness, Im so excited to start this journey of health and fitness to this level. Thank you for starting this program.
