The exercises are tough but feel great. I love how every drill also has some regressions for when you don't have enough range of motion. The program as a whole seems like someone spent a lot of thought when building it.
I signed up for Movesmethod because it promises you don't need to do massage work or go to the physiotherapist anymore and that injuries will stop happening.
I happened to sign up shortly after my younger brother died which I made clear to the salespeople.
Movesmethod make a lot of promises but they don't hold up or follow through in my experience.
The app they use Everflow is extremely poor quality and has a terrible user experience overall. The whole program heavily relies on it. The way you leave comments and feedback for the exercises gets easily lost, the number of kg you use in sets doesn't persist so you have to fill it out again during your sets. The videos often don't play. I could go on but it's really bad.
The coaches I tried were generally friendly but not very detail-oriented. Their approach felt generally lazy. I expected a lot more from them than I got. The lead coach actually switched my coach and gave me a bonus month as compensation, sadly this was at a time where I was injured so I didn't get the value out of it - funny that I injured my calf which was exactly what I expected to not happen by following the program.
Overall, Movesmethod has a cool philosophy but doesn't provide good value for money at all. You are better off paying a physio to build you a program that focuses on strengthening ligaments and tendons with a focus on mobility.
I offered the lead coach to make it right but they decided they didn't want to give me the value I was expecting from the program so that's why I left this honest review. Save your $5000 and invest in your health, strength and mobility elsewhere.
Real results in a week! Great program, easy to follow along with variations for different skill levels. If you invest 20 min a day, and stick with the exercises, you'll be pleased with the results. Thank you Moves Method!
The way the program is designed and delivered is top notch! I’ve been a personal trainer for 24 + years and there’s been so many “tools” out there being sold as healthy! This is it! Thank you for all the time and effort put into this program! I’ve only started with the Mobility Tools program and plan to advance! Also this is already helping me coach my clients to gain more mobility and strength in their full range! Thank you a million times over! Looking forward to where this can take me and my clients?
Kyle (Ralph) has been my coach since starting my Movesmethod journey 4 months ago. I've really enjoyed working with him. He is approachable, always encouraging, and his feedback is always clear and easily actionable. I am playing the long game with movement and improving my flexibility, and have found Kyle’s knowledge and experience very helpful so far and tailored to my
needs. I highly recommend Kyle as a coach and look forward to continuing to work with him.
I'd been watching the adverts and thinking about this for a while but I'm so pleased I signed up. The moves are clearly demonstrated, and well balanced too.
As a runner and a yogi i thought I had my bases covered by a minute or two of the flow sessions makes you think again.
If you're thinking about it, go for it.
This training is feeling great. It really pot the spot on where I have my weakest parts. Parts I wasn't aware of but that I realize I really need for my general health. I already feel after 5 days that I walk more relaxed.
I am 67 yrs and have trained all my life but too little the last 5 years.
My big challenge now is sustainability.......always difficult...
Every time after a workout I feel lighter with better posture. After just 2 weeks my daughter noted that my posture was significantly improved. I actually look forward to my workouts.
I am getting started again. It is very exciting.
For a little while I wasn’t sure if I was making much progress, but after seeing the difference from my baseline diagnostics to my week 8 diagnostics it’s pretty clear this program is working well for me
Coach Kyle has been great, very knowledgeable and always there to answer questions/give me guidance
Movesmethod has been the best investment I have made for myself ever. This program works! You have a coach , mine is Kinyatah and she has been awesome, I hear from the community they are all pretty awesome. Kinyatah has listened to my needs and old injuries and weak areas and developed the workouts around that. As I develop the exercises go up a notch, if something is too hard it is modified. There’s no pressure, start where you’re at and it’s unbelievable how quickly you progress.
I am 67 years old and I could not wring out a dish cloth, lifting the kettle was very painful, arthritis. My hips and shoulders were always uneven, I went to osteo every second week. I went yesterday for the first time since I joined and for the first time, everything was even and balanced. I was becoming fragile and weak and now I am strong balanced and developing muscle. I am blown away , it’s only been 3 months and time restraints only allow 4 times/week. I have my life back and I am no longer degenerating. Kinyatah has been with me all the way, I couldn’t be happier, movement is medicine!

I started Moves Method with a bit of fear. After all I am 73 with pretty bad arthritis in my hips. It was difficult getting started; there’s a lot of new stuff all at once. At first I struggled with getting into a 90/90 position and asking me to do a handstand… ludicrous! But I stuck with it and very slowly the 90/90s are no longer a shock, sometimes I can squat for 15 minutes at a time and the strength in my hands has improved and I’m on my way to being able to hang from a bar with no support.
Coach JC has helped me through all of this. When I have a problem with an exercise he is able to suggest a different way that makes it workable for me. He motivates me to hang in there and keep making progress. He’s there for accountability also. When I want to shortcut a workout or skip a squat or hang, I think about my goals and what I’ll say to JC. Such a good program for everyone!
Excellent speedy response to questions on multiple occasions today about the program.
Had I been able to carry on I am certain that the company would have benefited my health, mobility and flexibility. My health problems made it difficult. The company seems extremely customer focused - everything I managed to read/watch confirmed this.
But I could not carry on with it. I requested a cancellation. The reply was almost immediate - I could just purchase the toolkit with free access, or cancel completely. I chose to cancel and within minutes I received an email saying that my account had been cancelled and my purchase fee would be refunded immediately.
I wish that all companies were as customer focused as these and that they were as honest as these. If my health improves with my current medication this will be my route to mobility and flexibility.
Thank you.
Disclaimer: I’m only 5 days into this program so I don’t have incredible results to share….yet! However, I am really enjoying it and feel hopeful. I’m an active 59 year old that has been struggling the last year with joint pain, especially after a more strenuous hike. It’s bad enough that I’ve been having to choose easier hikes and limiting my activity…so discouraging! This program is fun, has plenty of modifications to meet my needs, and it feels good. I’m a good sore the next day, not a hurt sore. It also just makes sense how it will strengthen and add mobility to my problematic joints. I’m encouraged and hopeful, and that’s worth a lot!
This program is exactly what I needed and knew it but didn't want to believe it. I hate exercising, but when this came into my view, it looked fun and easy. Something I could get on board with. And it was exactly what I needed. It isn't a program that makes you hate your life, it makes you appreciate your body and shows you that you aren't really your age. It taught me to work thru my pain instead of stopping and showed me what I can do. I can squat, even after 3 knee surgeries. I can stretch like I dont think I've ever been able to. My back doesn't hurt, and if it starts to, hanging or squatting instantly releases anything bothering me. I dont care how old you are, this is a must... give it 1 month, do it, daily, and I guarantee if you show up, so does your body. I just completed 24 weeks and it was the hardest thing to tell my coach I was good, but this is the time I need to hold myself accountable now, thats all. Moves Method is 100% what it says it is.
Who would pay less than $1 a day to get a template/ plan to be injury free for life? I enrolled because I have a Sciatica diagnosis and I saw Vanja all the time in a squat pose and I already know there are great benefits with this pose. I experienced a measure of progress on Day 1. Friends, that's not 24 hours, it's 15 minutes! I'm overweight and horribly out of shape. My first squat was a Mess, I had my belly in the way, Vanja teaches you to modify. You're never alone here with a community of 138K members all over the world. Friends, stop thinking and just move. Got a 70 hour week? If so, block out 5 minutes, 3 times a day. It will serve you well to find out about the system long before you decide what to do with your $29. What have you got to lose? Do NOT lose your mobility. I'm on Day 8, this program is wonderful.
