Been ordering regularly for 15 years and have had good products and service almost every time. Loyalty discounts are nice on top of already good prices.

I was disappointed that I could not buy Lancome Absolue Nuit. Also it was unclear what the word (Upgrade) meant in the beauty masks amongst the free add on product

You deliver on time. Your products are a little restrictive from what you used to have and I will not pay a premium because what I purchase is valued at over $400.00. That is a disappointment.

I always check Strawberry.net first and with other suppliers being cheaper on the product, very happy with the loyalty discount I receive. So all my Shiseido is generally from here!

For starters, the price of the product I last bought in July 2023 hasn't sky-rocketed which is great. Also, the strawberry net website is easy to negotiate.

A very easy to use system. However, a bit harder to find the products online if using mobile phone. Great deal on 11/11.

Search results gave "no results found" - even when search term was spelled exactly as product on the website. Easy to purchase. Hope delivery is as fast.
