We booked a transfer from our accommodation back to the airport. We were told a set time and there was no sign of our driver or any communication.
I rang the helpline and I was told that he could be stuck in traffic and that they'd get back to me. They rang back and said he should be with us in a few minutes. We had to wait a further 15 minutes and at an early hour in the morning I find it hard to believe there was heavy traffic.
The airport is stressful enough with two young kids and for a service I booked expecting it to be on time , I'm seriously disappointed.

Great service highly recommend , got my arrival time wrong but when i called they had a driver there in a couple of minutes which was brilliant and a relief as there was 8 of us (4 adults + 4 kids) . Always going to book Zip Transfers.

Easy to book. Our driver was in the expected place at the expected time. We had some disruption to our flight time but I was able to call and keep them informed. A little pricey at over £100 but there were 8 of us.

Excellent service. Drivers were punctual and very polite. 10/10.

Overall both journeys were good. Incoming driver was very pleasant and chatty.
However, she was not there to greet us and we had to wait for her to get to the airport.
The return journey was 20 minutes late picking us up which was not ideal.

Highly recommend this company very professional, very professional and helpful, definitely booking again next year!

Flight wasn’t monitored as promised and their disinterested response to my concern was derisory. Won’t be booking with them again.

I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Abdellah Salak for providing a smooth, seamless, and comfortable transfer from Essaouira to Marrakech airport. I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to share this remarkable experience. The driver was professional, approachable, and easy to be with. He went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, adjusting the AC perfectly and even playing songs from my country during the journey. The car was spacious enough for me to lie down, and I was provided with a neck pillow. Overall, it was a 10/10 experience, and I would gladly book this service again on my future travels. Kudos to the team, especially to the driver- Abdellah Salak!

We travelled to Faro Airport for our transfer. The queue for passport control took over an hour . I was called by zip transfers to ask where we were and informed that they would not fulfill our booking. They were quite prepared to leave us stranded there but it was only the patience if our driver who waited for us to come out of the airport so it was a big thumbs up for him but not the controller on the phone.

No one at the airport to greet us and then had to wait until a driver came not their usual standard at all.
However on our return journey a week later was picked up 5minutes early.

We used zip for our transfer in Tenerife in August. They were super efficient. As we left baggage reclaim they called to check everything was ok and gave us clear directions to meet our driver. No long walks and the driver straight away offered to take suitcases. Same level of surface on the way back and dropped right outside the airport by our check in desk. On time, efficient and friendly. Couldn't have asked for better.

I ordered a 6 person van and they showed up in a small car that could barely fit two pieces of luggage.
The car was old and in disrepair. I was thankful it got us to our destination. The vehicles on their website are a lie. The driver tried to take us on a "milk-run" to get us to buy things from his friends. Thankfully he listened when I said no...and to go straight to the condo. Steer clear of this company

We always use Ziptransfers when we travel and there has never been a problem. They are very reliable and punctual.
