I ordered the eyepods after watching an ad on Facebook. I have had bags under my eyes for years and since my mother and father both had them I was convinced there was nothing that I could do to minimize them. I was excited when I opened my box but somewhat disappointed that the order was not correct. I emailed AJ on a Sunday and received a quick response and he remedied the situation within 24 hours. I just began using them so I’m hopeful that they will help minimize the bags.
Christine helped me get started on my routine , she was very helpful I plan for my 1st treatment tomorrow . I am very excited to try this routine . I have tried many options so I hope this works .Val

My experience with customer service has been only positive. In the first month I had many questions and they were promptly, respectfully and thoroughly answered. Today I had an issue with an auto shipment order and I received an immediate response to my inquiry and quick resolution of the problem. I am very pleased with this level of responsive service. Levi in their customer service department helped me through the process of getting a replacement pair very quickly and easily… 10/10 service which is rare these days. Will recommend!

Noticing a big difference after just a few 10 minute a day sessions and their customer service is excellent as well. Impressed with the speed of its arrival and the quality is what I expected.
Not trustworthy
This is a bait and switch. Checkout alone took over 40 mins cause after you enter your payment info they purposefully put you through a set of painful videos to watch and scare you by telling you dont exit or hit the back button so you dont get double charged. That should have been the first red flag as they try to sell you several other products. Now I am not sure how well the product works a s I should have seen the trust pilot reviews before purchasing. Seems to be a lot of complaints about defective device and shipping time. I will write another review once and if I receive the products. But my first impression of the checkout process is abysmal and disappointing. To force folks to sit through sales videos and threaten to charge their card if they close the video as rhe order is not complete yet is disgusting. This will be my last purchase as I can not sit through such videos again. Waste of my time. I am not even eager to try the product as I am already fuming at the check out process. Trust pilot needs to look at the site itself. The checkout process is ridiculous regardless of if a customer purchases or not. Its a bait and switch. Any reputable company should have all info upfront rather than scare people into watching a sales video. I had to scramble to lock my cards just in case. Company should know better. If you trust your products then their is no need for the overwhelming sales tactics. Your customers will champion your products but as you can see the company is skeptical about their product. No confidence in its worth. Checkout should take no less than one minutes. 40 minutes is outrageous. I will never get those wasted minutes back. Every minute was agonizing as I was not prepared for it. I had places to go and had to sit through countless pages of products I did not want just to check out. Make it make sense.

Device seems to work but ……
The device seems to be working after I have used it for about 2 weeks. My eyebag seem to have improved. However there are 2 areas to take note of:
1) The gel need to be replace after each use and is expensive. In the long run, it will cost more that the device!
2) The device produced a “green colour” substance after 10 mins of usage on one of the metal tip and can be seen clearly on the translucent gel (this review does not allow photos attachment which I can show). Wonder what it is. Toxic?
And lastly, forget about after sales. There is no response AT ALL. I messaged them 3 times to stop my gel subscription but no one responded at all to-date.
Update on 24 Nov 2025
Finally, I heard from Newtiful support on my feedback with the EyePods™ and the gel pad subscription. We will try to agree on an amicable outcome.

These people are crooks
These people are crooks. I sent them my return items and they sent it back. I sent them their item back in September and it’s November now. They are liars and the product doesn’t even work.

best thing ever!! I'm 58 and have tried everything for my under eye bags. nothing worked until these. been using for about 2 months and the difference is crazy. my eyes look so much younger and refreshed. everyone keeps asking what I'm doing different. the red light is so soothing too. obsessed with these!!

I had mild malar bags due to allergies to cats. After using the eye pods for 2 weeks, it’s almost gone. Should have taken a before and after pics. Sadly I didn’t.

I canceled the order before it arrived but you shipped it anyway but I never recieved it. It was delivered to the wrong address. like i said in previous emails i input the order but the price was more than what was advertised so i did not complete the order. please refund all orders i was charged for.

So far my experience is positive. I’m patiently waiting for results. I have been using it regularly and I’m getting the impression something is happening because of all the vibrations, however, no real results to speak about yet, but it has only been about 3 weeks.
