If I could give it zero stars I would. Absolutely no improvement dispite prolonged use. Returning it is near impossible. Seems like a scam. Save your money

I was looking to buy this but I’ve noticed the company only respond to positive reviews / which are mostly from so called customers who have just bought the product & saying how wonderful the packaging is - I mean why is that even a thing to say? I can only assume it’s a gadget that does nothing like it says & when you complain that it’s within the 90 days they say it’s 30 - has scam written all over it - be aware.

Misleading return window,if i can only give negative ratings i will,they said that they have a 120 day money back guarantee or you can able to return their product,when i emailed them its not even 90days that their device is damaged, not working at all they emailed me back,that i already missed the 30days return window,,so i was shocked that which is now the right time to return?they refused to replace the device, they keep on saying they value their customer,,so fake,,i already said and even beg them that the device was never became useful to me,,but they just simply saying it's the rules of 120-day window from the date of delivery,,but why they emailed me that I missed the 30day return window then?its a waste of money,,because i am the most regretful customer that encountered this kind of company that doesn't have any ideal or key how to really make a customer satisfied and delighted,,I am very disappointed and unhappy.

Just got it but very excited to try this I have great hope. Will take a before and after 5 day results

The promptness of the customer support has been great, they always make sure my questions are answered right away. It’s been a little over two weeks since I received my device. I’ve been using it as instructed, but I haven’t seen a difference yet. I’m trusting the process. I took a “before” picture, and I plan to follow up after a month to see if I notice any changes.
