I got the trench coat, and it’s exactly that “city chic” look I wanted. Fabric’s thick but still flows nicely. Came with an extra button, which is rare these days.

Scam
While their website claims that they do returns/exchanges, that is a farce. First of all, this company is a Chinese manufacturer not a real brand. The item I received came from a random person’s address in Texas and reeked of cigarettes. It also ran much smaller than the website’s size chart indicated. When I contacted them to make a return, they told me that I would have to return the item to their warehouse in Germany using a tracked shipping method, and the cost of returning it would be more than I paid for the product. They offered to send me the next size but I would need to pay a $14.99 shipping charge. This is clearly a scam. Be very careful shopping from this site.

this company is a scam. They falsely state they have refund policy "14 days after receiving your order to request a return...—we’ll make it easy." But when you attempt the return they tell you shipping has to be to Germany where item must be returned, even though none of that is disclosed in "easy" return policy, and that the cost to return is more than the (in this case) $80 purchase. Cannot find real company behind website registered to do business in US.
