Ordered two pairs of shoes, website doesn’t disclose their junk is from China. They say CST United States but all their crap comes from
China. Not quality. Junk. They also don’t disclose that it’s being shipped from China or the ridiculous shipping timeframes

Wish I would have looked up these reviews before hand I never would have purchased on this fraudulent scam website

Order took long, sizing was terrible, material was cheap. On top of which the return process puts all of the burden on the consumer to cover the costs of international shipping back to the UK - which basically nullifies the cost of goods altogether.

Shocking quality.
Label stitched on the outside coming out of the shoulder.
Had to pay return postage even though item was damaged and not fit for purpose.

Ordered this for my son’s birthday gift 2 weeks before his birthday .Didnt arrive till 3 weeks after his birthday . So 5 weeks of waiting. No communication until I reached out to my PayPal account to have the charge canceled and that and only is when they answered me and asked me to please pay them still that it was on the way like well. This is past your 3 to 5 day delivery it’s ridiculous and I didn’t receive any items until I receive items. Will I pay for it. They have such a gall. I’ll never order from them again.

I purchased a sweater and never received it.

Do not buy from this site! They are an Overseas Company with no real return policy. You have to ship back to Asia and other addresses. The return will cost more than you spent on the merchandise. Sizing is not accurate. Save yourself the trouble and. do not buy anything.

Where do I begin: First off let me start by saying that I am more upset with myself than with this Parker & Finch company because I should have done my research first. The problem is this, shipping will take a long time so if you need something in a week, don't buy from here. Sizing of clothes is way off. I order a track suit and what was supposed to be a merino wool hoodie, both in a medium and what I got was an alleged size of XL that must be for youth Sizing and not for adults. The only way i knew that was because there was a small XL sticker on the bag. There is no labeling on the clothing, material, Sizing, or how to maintain, nothing. Again don't buy. Last but not least the communication with this company is a joke (i.e. email only) so if you don't have patience like myself, do not buy from this company. To sum it all up, if you don't want to lose any money do not purchase from this company because the only guarantee here is that you will definitely be dissatisfied.

I ordered shoes 12 days ago. There is no updated on the shipment.

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes from Parker & Finch for my wedding. Both pairs were clearly listed as being genuine leather (Italian leather, in one case), with orthopedic insoles. Neither pair received is leather, they are both the lowest possible quality costume material, and neither pair has anything other than the barest minimum possible "padding". Neither pair received fits. The so called "Italian leather" pair is multiple sizes too big, leaving 3 inches of space between the toes and the end of the shoe. The other pair is so small I can't even get my foot halfway in without risking tearing the fabric (which, again, is supposed to be real leather). The refund/return policy is absolutely garbage as well. A 30% refund unless I want to ship the shoes back at my own cost AND pay a restocking fee is insulting. Support takes forever and a half to maybe respond, and have completely stopped responding once I confirmed that I wanted a refund on both pairs. I will be filing a chargeback. Their site also conveniently has nowhere to leave a review, probably because they're selling drop shipped garbage and they're scared they'll be found out.

I ordered a pair of white shoes from Parker & Finch in early summer, and it took several months for them to finally arrive — long after I planned to wear them.

When they arrived, they looked nothing like the photos on the website. The material is definitely not leather as advertised, and the shoes have a strong chemical odor. The quality feels cheap and poorly made, and unfortunately, they’re completely useless — I’ll never wear them.

I reached out to customer service, but the experience was frustrating and unhelpful.

I would not recommend buying from Parker & Finch. Between the extremely long shipping time, misleading photos, and poor quality, this has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve had.

Advice to others: check reviews before ordering, confirm materials, and be cautious — these shoes are not what they appear to be online.

Just bought a jumper and was basically sent by SHEIN took 4 weeks to get here do not buy from this company.

Ordered shoes ten days ago. Paid for delivery and delivery protection at a cost of £10. Still no shoes and no estimated delivery dare

The shoes weren't the same as in the photograph. I ordered my size 11.5 shoe, which they advised the tag size would be different but equivalent to the US size 11.5. When the shoes arrived, the tag size was 45. The shoes were about a size US 10. I immediately contacted them for a refund. They wanted me to keep the item and receive a 30% refund. I explained I didn't want the item, but did want a full refund. I was then advised that I would be responsible for paying return shipping to another country, which would be more than the 30% refund. They agreed on a 50%refund and me keeping the shoes that aren't what I ordered and too small for anyone in my family to wear. Do not do business with this company.

Agree with most customers reviews dealing with them. Drop shipping company and customer service don’t reply to your emails regarding an exchanging and make it impossible. Almost as if they are avoiding you on purpose despite me following up multiple times.

Avoid

I ordered 2 belts. A brown and a black. Received a black and a Carmel color. Ugh. Company stated they would send me the correct color. That was 2 months ago. No response after multiple emails. Do not do business with this company.

Ordered a Large Green Cardigan. Received a 2XL Grey Cardigan. Contacted support and despite the photos I sent, they insisted I received the right order and would only refund 30% of my purchase. Total scam. Beware.

Reclame la devolución y todo fueron pegas.Al final acepte una rebaja de un 30% de una prenda que ni aún así lo vale.
Me aseguraron que me reembolsarían la diferencia en tres dias y al no llegar he vuelto a reclamar pero ya ni contestan.

this a fraud company and it has been reported to the Interpol to investigate, dont pay in advance , only cash on delivery because you will not receive any item after paying .
