Love their products, daughter super happy with her new case

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with your company. I ordered a phone case for my sister’s birthday I’m a regular customer and have never had an issue before. However, the case arrived without the black insert, which provides the extra protection I specifically paid for.

When I contacted customer service, instead of receiving help, I was met with rudeness and dismissive behavior from a representative named Alice. In a roundabout way, I was essentially being called a liar, as though I would make up an issue over an £18 birthday gift. The treatment I received was shocking, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable.

I also hope this feedback is taken seriously, as no customer should be spoken to in the manner I was.

Worst customer service experience I’ve had definitely one to avoid.

I love my scrunchie watch strap and have had so many compliments about it. It’s is so much comfier than the horrible Apple Watch straps. Highly recommend!

The products look nice however they are not durable.
The first watch strap after a few months (a silicon Apple Watch strap) started irritating me and the clasp had gone rusty. I contacted coconut lane who in fairness sent a replacement without needing to return.
I have had the replacement about another month and the silicone is fading and looks really dirty despite been clean.

Received my watch strap in August and it’s fallen apart by December. Looks lovely but the magnet isn’t strong enough to hold the watch on, you spend all day adjusting it. Real shame cause it does look really good.

Placed an order late at night & realised I’d ordered an incorrect item so emailed the customer service team who replied at 8.30 am the following morning & my mistake was sorted quickly & efficiently, panic over

Spent a fortune on a ‘tough’ phone case and it offers no protection for the camera on my phone at all. Additionally, the colours of the case look nothing like the pictures on the website. Looks cheaply printed.

Well if I'm totally honest I have been banned by my husband before we go bankrupt. I'm like a kid in a sweetshop when I come to adding to my basket. If you guys didn't do so much great stuff, I wouldn't be banned, right?

Purchased the 2 tone silver and gold strap, I’ve had it for 6 months now and it’s not tarnished at all and hasn’t given me any allergies which is the main reason I purchased from coconut lane, very happy with it, I also got the gold link strap but the colour was too bright gold so haven’t used it and couldnt return as I opened it but the quality on straps is the best I’ve purchased anywhere

I ordered a phone case and AirPod case. My AirPods were brand new and only used them for three weeks, as soon as I put the case on I was having issues with the AirPods. But took the case off and then no issues. Put the case back on and had issues again. So contacted the customer support and was told i was wrong and it was my AirPods and not the case. I argued back and forth with whoever I was emailing with, they wanted a video of them not working which is impossible to do when in they’re AirPods and can’t physically put it in their ears to show them. Was told to pay for them to be returned and they would investigate. Customer service was shocking, was told I’m basically a liar. Wouldn’t buy from them again.

I made an order not too long ago, leopard print iphone case. Beautiful made, good quality, made to also protect my screen. I would most definitely purchase another phone case from coconut-lane.
