I like the principle of Vitality rewarding you to keep active and the direct benefits when you renew your membership. Not so sure about the weekly pick and prizes seems to have little influence on me... See more

I called with a query about an invoice Laylay was very helpful.
I have only given 4 stars as my issue has not been resolved yet.
If it had been resolved then I would have score 5 stars.

The advisor was very diligent with helping me and ensured that I had all my needs met.
Although we couldn't confirm the status of my new claim, she did advise of alternative ways to check on this via email.

Riley thank you for being so patient and explaining all the twists and turns clearly and acknowledging that there may be still more questions at the point of contact and assuring that you would be there to assist.
your efficiency impressed me and I hope of course that I don't have to contact you for anything but if I do I know and trust you will assist me with my interests as priority.
thanks

I think the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing!! I have spent many hours on the phone with seemingly incompetent operators. I have gone from pillar to post and actually have found the whole experience in dealing with Vitality stressful.Eventually it appears that the system to repay my physio appointments is sorting although slow.I am now waiting to ask for further appointments as I have only had 7.It is irritating when, as a customer, you follow all guidelines and procedures and still answers are not given.
Imogen was so kind, understanding and helpful. She was a pleasure to speak to and quickly progressed my claim.

This morning I spoke to a lovely guy called David who was clear and very supportive. I felt listened to and had everything explained to me.

Customer since 2016. If you ever want to see the decline of an effective business model then this is it; the incentives rewards were valuable and were an actual target for me to reach each set reward goal, if you reached platinum each year you got £125 back, you got free Amazon prime, you got a free Apple Watch, you got 1/2 price running shoes, cheap bikes, weekly cinema tickets, it felt like Xmas just for keeping fit and recording your activities. Role forward 10 years; it’s a reward desert. I have to gamble on finding a dog in a digital bush! I just don’t do it. And the only rewards left now are a coffee for a branded shop that has zero outlets in the the north east and a meal at itsu which again has no outlets near me…🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣. The only thing my annual score appears to have kept down was my premium but in all honesty I am not sure if that’s is actually the case any more. I would recommend that you use other companies that have a much better rewarding scheme. I get more from Monzo now than I get from Vitality.
Ryan was very helpful and talked me through the steps of making a new claim and how to download the GP app

The therapy provided helped me get out of a dark place where I couldn't face getting out of bed anymore, to a self confident, positive, happier place. Thank you so much, I'm so glad I reached out that day.

Benjamin was great, I am completely new to life insurance. He explained all options and advantages and came up with suitable suggestions to suit me.

This business is affiliated with My Vitality store that’s a scam. I had $85 worth of neck pillows that was an add on button error shipped from this Wellness business in UK that aren’t honoring a return refund according to their policy. Stay away from any Vitality business!
Signing up was pretty easy and Vitality sales helped to work through different options and price points. Only disappointment is the Vitality App and tracking of exercise. Only steps seem to count, 3 x 20 minutes of gym activity at 80% max heart rate don't appear to go towards points from my experience.
Chris was very helpful over phone and empathetic.
Highly recommend vitality
