Booked 2 holidays this year with On The Beach to Egypt and both went to plan with no issues. Would definitely recommend them and will use them again for any further bookings.
we would've been better off booking the package with the hotel directly - in our case.

Very easy to navigate I always use on the beach for my holiday bookings and feel at ease. The booking process is really straightforward and the app is easy to navigate.
Booked to go to Tenerife over Xmas. Paid in full. Fights changed multiple times this making us loose out on one and half days off our 10 day holiday. Then final straw when went to check in flights our flight out cancelled. They offered refund so took it only to be charged £50 admin fee and £20 atol. So total has spoilt our Xmas and cost us £70 for a holiday that they can’t provide the one we booked. Waiting on refund I’ll be seeking professional advice on this. Don’t book with this disgrace of a company
I booked a holiday all inclusive to Cancun in March 2026 which cost £6310.52 which I have been paying by instalments and not missed a payment.
I wanted to upgrade my room so sent in a request to do this as had been quoted £175 online so therefore submitted the request.
My request was granted the following day however On the Beach had confirmed this at an extra cost of £1700 without me even agreeing g to that amount! They then deducted money from my account that same evening g even though I was trying endlessly to get this put back to the original booking!
We then went online to speak to the team the next day who said there’s nothing they can do about it and just submit another request online to put it back to the original booking!
We did this and low and behold we were charged £88 admin fee and the cost was then charged at £7693.52 for the same booking as we had in the first place for £6310.52
Absolute awful cruel company who are just out to get money for nothing at all!
This holiday was for my 50th birthday and now it is ruined as we are having to struggle to find the extra funds as this was not budgeted for and is totally unacceptable
Never again will I book with this company or recommend them to nobody. Keep well away!

Bloody ridiculous tried changing hotel online and got quoted 1290 or so but ghr payment has now gone yp to nearly 1800 .om tryonv cancel tryi v get i youch ...bloody joke cant call the. And their inline questionairres are adisgrace.....book with reoutable person you can talk to ...booked here before but last time im enraged
It was very disappointing that we were not advised there was work going on at the hotel rooms were being upgraded which ment floors being sanded and painted very noisy and smelly. Also rooms being totally renovated hence workmen working all day machinery going not very peaceful or relaxing. Safe in the room not working reported it to reception a number of times but to no avail had to use a friends safe for all our valuables

Jonny was exceptionally, patient, professional and helpful. I was becoming very frustrated as I’m not technically savvy. They engaged with me, showed interested in my choice of hotel and previous experience there. I’m a returning customer and it was good to get such excellent customer service and interaction.

Very easy to book with and they seem to take care of everything from the start. The prices weren't the best but the package on the whole was superior by far.
I'm not too happy about rating the company on the purchase of the holiday alone as the destination also shows if the holiday is worth the cost. Although going to Egypt with the package we have I doubt we will be disappointed.
On the whole a very easy and stress free process of booking the holiday with prices to justify the extent of the packages and destinations on offer.
