The place to find a bargain last minute getaway

Was very pleased with the bargain holiday we found. Only criticism would be having to book the flights separately with Easyjet and the additional costs for baggage, think the process would be simpler if the whole costs were just included from the start.

Consider very carefully before you chose this hotel

Hotel was alright but wouldn’t class cleopatra palm beach hotel as a 4 star. Rooms were ok but not clean. Weather was great. Food was disappointing as didn’t cater whatsoever for English people so had 2 eat out a lot even though all inclusive! Some staff members were rude & ignorant!!
I would of expected a bit more considering 4 star hotel & a wider range of food

All great until meeting holiday rep

Was all great as usual booking with yourself. Easy going and felt confident until meeting the holiday rep Sawy at the hotel. We all felt he was pushy and when we didn’t book a tour with him he came across very rude. I also had left my expensive coat on the private transfer and he said he would sort it for me as no one else on the bus. But he didn’t snd by the end of the week my coat was still missing !! I was very disappointed as never experienced a holiday rep like this before. I felt because I didn’t book any tours with him he did not bother trying to allocate my coat.

Fantastic Help

It was a nice holiday the same waiter who new me from another hotel new what i liked he had my table ready and wine and water, the bar staff was excellent, but the only thing that let them down was the bathroom old and hairs every were, so i had to clean it and the toilet seat was cracked and pinched your but, other wise a good holiday

Renaissance Golden View Beach Sharm El Sheikh

Beautiful Hotel, great location with vast area of sunbeds along the beach and many pools. Large and clean room, our room no. 5012 had some bad smell from the drain. Good AirCon 👍, a lot of activities all day, including dart, boccia, valley ball, dancing....etc Evening entertainment is not good at all. The bar men are good and friendly and working hard to provide various drinks all day. Thump up for bar men and beach towel exchangers. Foods are not great but good enough like most hotels. Ask me if I go there again? The answer is YES. I try to go there again next year.
I would 100% recommend it to friends.
Very good WiFi connection and it's fast and free all week. Renaissance is good for walking about after eating, inside or outside to the market, only about 1 km or walking inside but around the hotel....

Needed an actual person to talk to really …

The site was OK but...I felt i needed to speak to an actual person...I had a name change (due to an unforeseen death of one of our party) and also adding another person to our booking ...It was quite complicated to do the renewed booking,however...the staff were very helpful and sympathetic
