Very easy to book, bit tricky booking the flights myself but I managed. Not sure my parents would have coped doing that though! Good option to spread the cost of the holiday.

From the start of my booking, everything was arranged by OTB, following updates sent by email or SMS. Check-in online was quick and easy as well.
