After an error it is impossible to contact them. The options are only :

-phone : but they have a recorded message and hangs up after it
I emailed them from a general email and they replied me with a noreply email that i should either phone or chat. I think this is unacceptable and i will report it legally. It’s such a big brand that i didn’t think to check trustpilot beforehand…
Shoes arriving with scuffs and dents.
After opening the new shoes I ordered, I find a number of scuffs and deep dents. I contact customer service as I ordered these shoes for this weekend for a christening (it is now Thursday). All they had to offer was returning the shoes, due to “quality control” which they clearly lack the ability of when sending items out to customers, their other option was for me to personally visit a store “nearby” (1 hour 40 minimum without traffic) to see if they had any available for me there. As most normal humans, I will be in work until 1700, so the last thing I will be doing is sitting in traffic on Friday for some shoes that should have arrived in perfect condition.

SHAMBOLIC Returned damaged item - they've refused return because..... it is DAMAGED!!!! Pure incompetence. Don't waste your time.
See my previous review regarding the shambolic process of trying to return damaged goods. (Boxed boxer shorts as a gift for my husband - box mashed up so I can't gift it!) eg they initially expected me to pay for the return until I requested a free post returns label as I don't see why I should pay to return their damaged items. Fast forward to today where I read the email below stating they can't accept my return because, wait for it, the item is damaged!!!
Worth noting the value of my order was £190.87 so I'm only returning ONE damaged item at 19.99 - I kept the other box for my son but I'll be damned if I'm paying to received damaged goods!! Can't wait for the reply that'll likely take absolutely no ownership of this matter and blame me. It appears to be their MO.

Still waiting for my refund. Totally unacceptable!
I opened case CAS-2321275-P6Z2Q9 months ago for a refund of €52.90, and I’m still waiting. Every time I contact customer service, I get the same useless reply: “We’re forwarding your request urgently to the relevant department to find an appropriate solution.”
An “appropriate solution”? Seriously? I returned the item correctly — I just want my money back, nothing more, nothing less.
This is absolutely unprofessional and disgraceful from a company like Zara. I’ve been patient long enough, and this situation is beyond frustrating.
I’ll definitely think twice before buying from Zara again.

Just discovered that they buy cheap earrings and other jewellery from shein, with 1£ or 2£ and selling it for 17.99.. disgraceful

Where do we go from here Zara? Clearly reviews can’t get any lower! Unfortunately unable to use WhatsApp chat, eventually able to chat via the Zara app. I live many miles from a Zara shop so retuning item, is not possible. Recently made the mistake of generating 2 returns rather than combining- this is your response; ‘Since two separate return requests have been created, combining them into a single parcel for one shipping fee is unfortunately not possible’. Historically you have cancelled the 2 returns , in order for me to combine. You’ve managed to sneak in postage out and postage back now, so therefore why can you not help the customer. Customer care is non existent. Sadly you know this and continue to treat consumers this way.

I ordered the Black pleated short dress with pockets online, I attended the Aberdeen store to collect it within the time frame and someone unboxed my dress sending it back to HQ. The chat service is widely dependent on the customer service agent. If you're lucky and get someone who's willing to work, you'll get help. Otherwise, it feels like their job is just to get rid of the client, without helping them at all.
Do not shop here - Crete Zara is the worst
Im giving the Crete Zara store a 1 star as I can't give lower. The staff are rude, look miserable and dismissive of customers. When you ask for help they tell you to find someone else. They need show some decent customer service here - you work with the public. If they dont want to be there, then find another job. The staff all need to be replaced. Also Zara clearly gives tax free to non-eu foreigners as clearly stated online but when asked, they said no which was a lie.

Zara lost my parcel, it was left in an open bike shed outside our house, where we live opposite a bus stop, the package was probably stolen as broken tiles were stolen from our drive. Zara claim is was delivered which it was but left outside and I can't find the parcel. They won't do anything about it. Avoid at all costs

Order was refunded with no explanation of why it wasn’t delivered. Only option of contact is online chat, appeared to be talking to a named person but responses were still bot like.
They explained to me what I knew (item wasn’t delivered and refund processed) then left the chat. No help whatsoever!
No refund for returned items and nothing you can do about it.
I have returned items almost 2 months ago
(order# 53844971997) and am simply not being refunded by ZARA. We are talking about roughly 350€. By now I spent countless hours in the customer service chat, trying to find out why they just won't pay back the money for returned items that have even been processed in their facilities already. Opened a case with Paypal. ZARA told me they will not refund before I close the dispute (which seemed shady to me but I still did, worrying I will never get my money back). Sent them proof of the closed dispute. 1 week later still no money. All I get is "we are handling the case internally". I strongly advise to NOT purchase anything online at ZARA. The risk of not getting your money back for returned items is high and there is basically nothing you can do if something goes wrong on their (!) end.

Dont think its fair people are leaving bad reviews because of something they have done while they themselves have not had a bad experience. I love zara and think the clothes and prices are great and dont plan to stop coming here.
