Cancelled my service 4 days after…
Cancelled my service 4 days after payment on a Friday. I picked up on this at 4.00 and email then after trying their phone lines which went to answering machine.left my services down all weekend(most crucial time for customers). Got a response on Monday lunchtime apologising and reinstated after I provided proof of payment.

Top quality work
I have been working with the consultancy since 2007, and their expertise in website development for the window and door industry is far superior to that of their competitors. The quality and aesthetics of their work are truly outstanding, often breathtaking.
By working closely with the industry and focusing on sector-specific needs, they have developed multiple builders for composite doors, casement windows, and other products. Many of these innovations have been revolutionary in their approach and impact.
Over the years, they have provided invaluable support to Clearview Glaziers Company Ltd, helping us grow into the company we are today. As we continue to move forward, we are excited to collaborate with them on integrating management systems, operational solutions, and web-based sales tools and portals.

At Glazing Vault, we strive to provide excellent customer service, but on this occasion we seem to have fallen short of our usual standards.
We do send multiple reminders in advance of renewal dates to prevent any service disruption for our customers, but it seems there was a breakdown in communication in this instance. Please be assured that we are addressing this issue to ensure it does not happen again.
