lousy customer service bad design can't change battery on some models they call this planned obsolescence will not purchase again!

My son, who had a tile on him, wandered away from school and I panicked and upgraded to the premium because it wasn't working on the basic account. It didn't work on the premium one either. It wasn't until 10 minutes after I had found him that the app recognized that I had found the tile. I didn't get a notification of renewal or anything. The app destroys the battery life on my Pixel 7 Pro and reduces my battery life from 28 hours to 13.5 hours. Just from running it in the background. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS.

Immer wieder praktisch, um z.B. Schlüssel zu finden, wenn ich sie verlegt habe.
Contra: Die Batterie könnte etwas länger leben.

I ordered one four pack of tile pros.... The total of the order said $110... Few days later I check my account and I get charged for $220..

They ended up sending me two four packs of tile pros ..

So I contact them to send back half the order...

They refuse to refund half the order... They want me to resend it all back so they can refund me so I can place the order again... And risk them overcharging me again

Customer service is useless. I sent a premium account SMS and still they have ignored it. I am so so angry, I needed help and it's either a BOT or send a SMS which isn't answered.

I purchased a Tile for my keys a few years ago and was satisfied, so I decided to buy a card for my daughter to keep in her bag. I paid nearly $60 for it, expecting it to help her locate her belongings. Unfortunately, she either misplaced the card or it was stolen, and when I tried to file a claim, they refused to honor it. To make matters worse, the card doesn’t provide real-time tracking, making it virtually useless. I’m extremely disappointed with this product and the customer service. Save your money!

I bought three units for my keys and one for my wallet. The ones for the keys work fine but the one for the wallet is garbage. Customer service told me that I needed to upgrade for three dollars a month and that would solve the problem. I did and it's still garbage. You people should be ashamed for ripping off your customers.

They are that bad that it should be reported as a scam. Ihave 6 tiles and have used them for 3 years. Stay away from them ! The sound they emit is very weak. Also they lose their connection continually, even in close proximity. It will generally find something if it is within two metres. Sometimes the tile has a new battery and does not find the tracker even when it is within 2 metres. Conclusion: absolute rubbish. Nothing but a scam ...

Total pish. Would of given zero.if I could. Unless your sat on your keys it's about as much use as tits on a goldfish.
I tried to reset my password but they kept sending a link that didn't work. After two days trying I deleted the app and binned the tile.

What a pile of rubbish, doesnt work unless its right next to u at the start, had it a couple of months now and it doesnt work at all. Would highly recommend not buying this

My order was never delivered - not once, but twice. Customer service has been extremely disappointing, with unclear communication across multiple emails and a general lack of respect for my time.

Now, they’re offering a refund via PayPal instead of returning the money to the card I originally used. I’m hoping the refund comes through soon, but after everything, my confidence is pretty low.

I had high hopes for this GPS tracking device, but it turned out to be completely useless for our needs. The “find your phone” feature only works if you’re very close to the phone—defeating the purpose. The GPS tracking is equally disappointing, as it only records the location when you manually activate the Tile. We attached it to our son’s backpack, expecting to track his movement, but it didn’t work unless he activated it himself—making it pointless.

To make matters worse, customer service has been awful. I returned the product over two months ago and still haven’t received my refund. I originally paid with a card, but they insisted I provide a PayPal account for the refund. That was nearly a month ago, and I’m still waiting for my money.

Avoid this product—it’s unreliable, and the company doesn’t seem to care about its customers.

The customer service is shocking. They received my item back 5 WEEKS ago and I still have not received a refund. They asked me to create a paypal account for the refund, not just refund it to my original payment method which is so weird. the trackers don't work, and disconnect pretty much straight away. I love life360 so was extremely disappointed by this.

I loved my tile for the first 12 months, it always rang and I never lost my keys, then the free premium subscription ran out and it said the battery was permanently low even with new batteries, would sometimes work and eventually became a useless item so I'm going to try a different brand now. Unless you are willing to pay £29.99 a year for subscription it's useless

I paid $164 for premium protect for my car key and the Tile company has refused to pay the reimbursement I paid for. 30 emails over 4 weeks just kept repeatedly asking for verification and kept refusing to escalate the matter to a senior manager. Tile app has zero concern for customer satisfaction. It's been an appalling experience. I know of no other company that has so may 1 star reviews on multiple platforms.

Not a good tracker for keys and occasionally doesn’t even find the keys and it rings like it found the keys, but it didn’t

I bought 2 trackers, one for each of my dogs. They work when the dogs are close by as in, I can see them. At all other times, out of sight means out of range. As far as I'm concerned they are next to useless

My tile died a year early. I contacted support and was sent a "new" tile. I was unable to activate it because it was already registered to another account. I tested this by scanning the QR code on the back. It had indeed been reported as lost.
