Got it as a tag to keep an eye on things. It hasn’t updated for 24 hours. They say other tile users can help find your things if they’re nearby. Clearly wrong ! Waste of money. Won’t be using it again if I ever find it again. Pointless.

Tile is fantastic, yes you have to pay £2.99 or rely on Bluetooth, it's not air tag, but that's ok, it's a small price to pay to wonder, is it worth waiting for my bag or not? As a frequent traveller, it has been a game changer for me, in both free and premium modes.

The white tiles were way better than the long black ones. I can’t get them to ring 90% of the time. Buy the battery changeable white.

Absolute load of crap! My purse has been missing for 4 days now. My phone keeps saying the tile is nearby but I can hear/see nothing. Don't waste your money! So, so annoyed, this is the reason I bought it and it's absolutely useless.

Tile is now making Tile Mate trackers which have non-replaceable batteries and they hide this information as much as possible. They even have the nerve to insult their customers' intelligence by claiming this is a "design trade-off" when it's clearly a conscious decision to maximise profits at the expense of generating e-waste. They have no respect for the environment and no respect for their customers, so they don't deserve our money.

After a year or so they only work 1/2 the time. Today I. Couldn’t find my wallet. It told me I left it 12 miles from me yesterday at 6:09 pm but I had it at 9:00 pm last night. If I wouldn’t have used it last night I would have been on a goose chase for nothing. Finding my keys it can’t find them 50 % of the time even when you hold it right up to them.

MAKE A PRODUCT THAT WORKS AND STAND BEHIND IT. I lost access to my email account due to a court battle and now the TILE is a useless key fob. Customer service is terrible and they won't help you AT ALL. DON'T BUY ONE - YOU WILL DEFINITELY BE SORRY.

I constantly lose my phone and always have my keys hanging at the front door EVERY SINGLE TIME I GO TO USE THIS ABSOLUTE DUMPSTER FIRE OF A PRODUCT IT NEVER WORKS. I have about broken my hand 20 times looking for my phone in anger because I bought this product specifically for this use and it DOES NOT WORK even when I have my phone just looking for the keys it never connects unless I have my phone and keys within an inch of each other this product DOES NOT WORK. its actually gotten so bad to the point where I need to throw this product out for my own sanity but they are $40 a piece and I can't get my money back because saying the product is absolutely worthless isn't a good enough excuse for them. DO NOT BUY, DO NOT EVEN ATTEMPT TO USE FOR YOUR OWN SANITY.

I left my purse at a gas station an hour from where I was staying. I didn't realize this until the next day when I pressed the tile waiting for the ring that would show where it was in my car. Surprise! The app on my phone showed me an address in a town 90 minutes away. I drove to the address and found an apartment building. I followed the signal from weak, to moderate, to strong to very strong. The first door I knocked on had my purse and returned it with everything in it. A big sigh of relief that I didn't have to replace my driver's id and the rest.

Terrible returns policy and customer service.

Did not state a tracked refund was necessary in the returns policy information. Customer service dragging out the refund as long as possible.

Would rate it 0 stars if I could. First off the tracking is horrible because it only refreshes when another Tile is near it so I basically never refreshes. I had on on my bike, it was brand new and cost me 1600 dollars, I really liked it. My bike got stolen and I checked the tracker but it had died. My tile died a month after getting it. So my bike is gone and I cant get a refund on the Tile because it was outside the 30 day window. Absolutely terrible product and terrible company.

I'm tile was lost outside home. It has been 7 days and I still don't get any notiabout it. I cannot even get a refund.

Tiles are good for when you lose something in your own house or car. They are rubbish for losing something anywhere else. They only refresh location when you are near them, but not so logical if I've lost something somewhere else. Perhaps its becuase I'm in the Netherlands, and not so many people are using the app, but this was a waste for us. Going to have to go back to using Apple iTags.

It want let you get the 30 days free without giving your credit card number. I just wanted to try it first. What a rip off. Don't buy it.

These tiles only update periodically and a lot do not have replaceable batteries so are effectively single use disposable items. Have switched to Samsung Smart Tags (android) - far more chance of updates where ever in the world!! Sorry Tile, you really need to change to survive.

Have a Tile on a medical advice. Somehow the device slipped between the driver seat and console in my truck. Couldn't find the device nighttime. Next day in the daylight activated Tile find it. It did!
