This item it's just garbage. I bought mine at such a low price and on top of it the application is free and it's still sucks. I thought I'd be able to keep track of my daughter's vehicle ( for the only reason of theft mind you) lol.
She would make a complete trip, not a small one at that, and the location never changes. Once in awhile it might accidentally have a location spot that comes within a state or two but those instances are very rare. I had a MetroPCS smart ride prior to the Tile and that smart ride earned 5 plus Stars it was the awesomest told me when my vehicle needed maintenance tell me right where that vehicle was and you follow it and be right behind the person and it doesn't miss a beat. Tile I'd throw those things in the garbage if you owe them cuz they are garbage.

Don’t waste your money. There are thousands of negative reviews on Tile and this is just another reason not to buy them. If you loose one and cannot find it or cannot retrieve it (I dropped one in a well) it becomes IMPOSSIBLE to remove it from your account. The only way to do so is to completely delete your account along with all other existing Tiles and start all over again. Ridiculous!

website is misleading claim one of their older products is still the "most powerful tracker, with the longest range". Won't accept responsibility for misleading website and cover return costs.

they should not be in business its built on lies, half the time the application does not work and unless your standing on the product you never find it. It is totally useless. I have tile mate it uses a 1632 battery it last like a month and dead! Not to mention its a memory hog on your phone.

Cute device.
App is poor. Constant upselling. Few useful features without hefty subscriptions.
Location tracking is set to be lame unless you ensure the app is on at all times draining battery and creating privacy issues.
They could have made this good. I regret buying these.

They ALL STOPPED WORKING SOME TIME AGO. And as far as the coverage, I’m sorry the BS coverage there’s always something why I get ignored… it gets forgotten about. Or I didn’t fill something out or STILL have to fill something else out this time. They send me some bullshit that the Tile got lost before my
subscription started, which obviously cannot be, and it’s a date that they put in there not me.!!!’ THEY SUCK THEY SUCK THEY SUCK. And as far as date of experience as question below, it’s every day every day it doesn’t work no matter where I am. Know what Wi-Fi I’m on.
I don’t even want them to replace the item. I just want them to replace their shitty tile I mean really standby your product.

The Tile I had attached to my medical bag was useless. When getting in my car, I'm still within range of my house, so I don't get any notification. However, by the time I'm out of range, my phone is connected to Bluetooth. Granted, I got the notification, but I wasn't aware of it because of the Bluetooth issue. I was 10 miles down the road before I checked I had my bag, which I didn't, so I had to turn round and go back and get it!

The app says battery is low, changed the battery, and now won't connect.
I wouldn't recommend. Just isn't long lasting.

Useless--It was n`t advertised as sealed battery so that once the battery has died you need to buy another--
MAIN COMPLAINT is that the volume is so low that once it`s been put in a wallet/purse you cavn`t hear a thing! Location on map is only "nearby".
This is about as much use as tits on a bull!

Bad product. And if you want to send it back you have to pay for that delivery yourself

Waste of money thought I could track my motorbike if it got pinched or luggage if it got lost push bike if it got pinched etc it works upto 400 metres away WOW big deal don't bother with these Tiles.Make sure you purchase one with gps installed Tile don't make this very clear when selling .

Ask the tile app to find my keys and the result is 2 hours ago. A total waste of time, money and effort. Shame I have to award 1 star.

I've been using Tiles for many many years, and while it's not perfect, it works extremely well and my experience with the company has been very positive.

Tonight one of my tiles started buzzing and then died. I bought this in June, 2022, over two years ago. I have the premium plan which cost about $3 a month, and upon contacting customer service, they noted that it was still within the 3-year warranty, and immediately took all the information to ship me a new one. Free of charge. The customer service representative was very competent and very helpful.

For those concerned about the tiles that don't have replaceable batteries, the company has regularly, on an annual basis, sent me a new battery at the time that it is scheduled to expire. I don't have to ask for it, it just comes in the mail. Again, pretty impressive.

I don't know why the reviews for this are so poor, but I had to explain my experience for anyone who is willing to give them a try.

I have multiple Tile products, including one in my wallet, and have been paying for their insurance coverage for peace of mind. Unfortunately, when I tried to file a claim, I was met with an unreasonable requirement to provide a photo of the Tile. This particular Tile stays inside my wallet, so taking a photo that actually shows it is impossible.

What makes it worse is that every time I checked the insurance status, it showed the Tile was active and registered, meaning I had followed all necessary steps. Despite this, my claim was denied. The entire process feels like a scam, with the company finding technicalities buried in fine print to avoid honoring valid claims.

After some research, I discovered I’m not alone—many others have experienced similar frustrations. I trusted Tile for security, but their insurance coverage has proven to be completely unreliable. Be cautious if you’re expecting them to stand behind their product, because they clearly don’t. This has been a waste of time and money.

We were definitely sceptical I only got the tile because i received it for free with the app upgrade, didn’t think much of it and didn’t understand how it worked but left it on my car keys as a keychain. It turns out this was the best £9.99 ever spent, our house was broken into the next morning and all our cars stolen with our keys. The police couldn’t offer much help so we went to search ourself when i remember i left the tile on my keys the night before, I requested the last location on the app but nothing happened about an hour later i got a notification that my tile was found. We drove to the location and found all the cars in one spot and we stole our cars back even the police was shocked. Now i own about 10 tiles and have put them in everything don’t be fooled this thing works.

It’s terrible, it doesn’t ever work. My bag was stolen in Soho, London and my tile wouldn’t update the whole time that it was missing. Luckily I retrieved it but not with the help of tile, which decided to update 15 minutes after it had been found. Absolute rubbish, not worth any money at all.

I didn't realise that the tiles I purchased didn't have user replaceable batteries. They all died a little while after turning on. Now they are junk unless I do some careful surgery. To add insult to injury they subscribed me to their subscription service and ripped me off for more money. Terrible Shocking. Avoid.

I have enjoyed playing Tile Dynasty app, however the recent introduction of a constant revolving betting ad at the top of the screen is so distracting and annoying that I can no longer tolerate playing.
Such a shame.

Warning, after using this product for a while (3+ years) to my shock and horror my tile instantly works once I upgraded to the premium package.

Just get an air tag and pay for insurance. It’s cheaper.
