Tipalti sent the money to the wrong account, even though I am certain to have entered the right account details on their form. I am left not knowing whether I will be paid the amount due to me.

Payments always go out on time without a hitch

Tipalti delivers the basic requirement we have to manage the end-to-end invoice process from receipt of invoice to payment. It has improved our approval and payment process immensely. The customer support is overall very good as is the personal relationship with an account manager. There is interest to improve the solution and obtain feedback from the users.

Tipalti has automated our entire accounts payable process and in turn increased the quality of payment but also minimized the effort in the process by all users of the product.

Being able to track, approve and pay invoices electronically and implementing directly with NetSuite makes our AP process more efficient.

Through a relatively simple dev integration with helpful support from the Tipalti team, we were able to automate what used to be a time-consuming and very manual process, freeing up multiple team members' schedules to work on other aspects of our business.

The Tipalti implementation has streamlined our processes and significantly reduced the time spent on manual tasks. The rollout was smooth, with the support team providing timely assistance throughout. That said, implementing a few additional features and resolving the existing sync errors would further enhance the system’s efficiency.

Invoice processing has been an easy process for our corporate finance team and our department heads as well being able to approve directly from email.
Tipalti integrates seamlessly with our accounting software which is saving us time on routine bookkeeping work.
Additional user functionality for payment batches would be beneficial. This has been the only drawback for us so far.

What I like best about Tipalti is how user-friendly and reliable it is. The interface makes navigating and managing tasks simple, and it works really well for someone like me who’s handling accounts payable on my own. The integration with NetSuite has saved a ton of time, particularly with bank reconciliations and cutting out the need for manual journal entries. I also really appreciate the efficiency it brings to our invoice processing and payment workflows—it’s helped us shorten our month-end close by a full day.

Another huge win is the customer support. I always get quick responses, whether I contact our account rep or hop on a chat. They’re helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely seem to care about resolving issues. Having consistent points of contact builds a lot of trust too. Plus, the added features like virtual card payments have given us opportunities to earn cashback without disrupting our processes. Overall, Tipalti has made my job easier and freed me up to focus on more strategic tasks.

* I like the chat feature in customer support, so that I don't have to wait for a reply to email. * API Integration is reliable and saves SO much time. * It was easy to implement - we had an implementation specialist who helped us configure to our needs. * It is easy for the execs to approve by email. * Internal messaging = I don't have to match up messages to the invoice on a different platform.

Really good AP platform that simplifies the invoice process and approval workflow. Development seems to be high on their agenda as they're constantly pushing releases through. Only small criticism I would have is the OCR process could be improved in terms of speed and accuracy, but I think this will improve with AI driven advancements.

Overall invoicing product is good. Very supportive customer service
