Since my company moved to Tripalti, my salary hasn’t arrived on time and I have to manually coordinate it with our finance team. Their lead times are not accurate and their customer support team do not solve anything. Last month, their system indicated that my salary had been sent on a specific date, and yet it was only when our finance team sent an angry email 3 days later that the funds appeared in my bank account.

Not bad experience, but the interface could be a little better.

We have been using Tipalti for a few years and it really has made a difference for our team. The automation of invoice scanning and coding, PO matching, and approval tracking saves us so much time each week. Entering and tracking invoices manually takes so much time. Tipalti also make it easier for us to do international business with currency conversions and international payments.

We have been using Tipalti for around 5 years and have been growing with Tipalti from a long way. It's a great AP system helping us keep track of our bills. It's great tool with the integration with our book keeping software - Intacct. The AI coding feature significantly save our time of coding bills and prevent the human errors. Love Tipalti!

A completely dysfunctional platform. We couldn’t use it even for a single day and immediately requested a refund. Instead, we were told to register on the platform as freelancers and pay the money to ourselves.

This wasn’t possible because the system doesn’t accept European bank details. After multiple explanations, they finally agreed to issue the refund manually but warned it would take a long time. We agreed. A month later, they again told us to register as freelancers. We repeated that we couldn’t - and since then, complete silence.

It has now been six months since we requested the refund. They no longer respond to emails. Our money - just over €3,000 — is gone. Tipalti is unlawfully withholding funds and ignoring all communication. Completely unacceptable. Do not waste your time or money on them. Strongly not recommended.

Tipalti is solving the problem of being an effective platform that we use to pay our domestic and foreign video owners. It is our housing system that we rely on to store the data that we need for our accounting records on a monthly basis during our month-end close and on an annual basis for tax reporting puposes.

Tipalti has been a dependable and efficient partner in streamlining our accounts payable process. What really sets them apart is their outstanding customer support—the team is responsive, helpful, and always ready to resolve any issues quickly, which makes a big difference in our day-to-day operations. The NetSuite integration is another major plus, saving us significant time and reducing manual work. The platform itself is also user-friendly, with an intuitive interface that makes it easy to navigate and manage our AP tasks efficiently.

The user interface is clean and easy to navigate once you're familiar with it, though onboarding did take some time and training. Their customer support has been incredibly responsive, which made the transition smoother.
One drawback is the limited flexibility in customizing reports and dashboards to our exact needs. Also, having to pre-fund the account for payments adds an extra planning step.
That said, Tipalti has reduced our manual workload by at least 70%, improved payment accuracy, and helped us scale without adding headcount to our finance team. If you’re dealing with high-volume or international payables, it’s a strong investment.

Highly recommend to any company looking to modernize their finance function and reduce risk while gaining back time.

I have asked them to be removed from their database numerous times and more than once pointed on their non functioning email unsubscribe page, which says "Enter valid business email address" refusing to unsubscribe my gmail address. Yet, next email "Get paid in your local currency from Infolinks" where Infolinks claims they have no data about me. It is TIpalti responsibility to remove me from their database on my request.

Does take way to long to receive the Money. I used it on a Site to Withdraw and wanted it via PayPal wich should be no Problem to do that Instant, Even automatically. It takes days for them to press one Button.

Tipalti has been essential to the AP process for the Away team. The ability to have our vendors self onboard and pay multiple vendors regardless of currency is a game change and saves us soo much time. Super excited for all of the enhancements to come and using Tipalti's other platform features!

I implemented Tipalti 7 months ago. The sales experience was up front and clear. The account manager presented the costs accurately and transparently. Our implementation manager - Alberto -was professional, personable, and super helpful. Support is readily available through tickets & chat. My only complaints are the payment processing turnaround and the credit memo handling.
