The customer service was great. Michael the customer service rep was very communicative and helpful regarding giving me options for a replacement wig after a delay in my ordering process.

I had an issue with the tracking number, I informed the company and they helped me get my package, the customer service team was phenomenal

Bjr , j ai effectué une commande qui m'a été envoyé a l agence Fedex qui devait me livrer chez ma fille a lyon , mais m'a fille était au travail donc le livreur me dit que sait possible d être livré en point relais , je lui dit ok. 10 mnt après m'a fille l appel pour savoir où il est le livreur pour récupérer le colis il lui dit qu il q terminé de travailler. Ne voilà t il pas que j essaye de joindre l agence pour savoir dans quelle point relais a lyon sera mon colis je n arrive pas a les joindre et je leur ai même demandé par message de me le mettre s cordonnerie des États 81 boulevards des états 69008 lyon .pas de réponse et ses le point relais le plus proche de chez ma fille a lyon.

I am only giving this review because of Larry. He went above an beyond in customer service. I was so disappointed in not so much the quality of the hair but , not shipping what I ordered. I have ordered many times from this Company and thought about going with another company. Larry made it right so, I will give it another shot.

Customer Service was nice and resolved my issue promptly

My friend ordered a wig for me on Thursday 12/4/25 and they said it should arrive within 3 business days and later, got a message stating arriving Monday 12/08/25 and she paid $30 extra for expedite delivery. No wig, she tried tracking it and was told that it arrived but has to send it back to sender because it didn’t have a delivery address, Are you kidding me and how was it able to get to Florida without a delivery address? Funny, you have the state and city but not the address. Sent email no response, calling, not answering phone and finally was able to get a hold of a customer service rep and she said, I can’t do anything, you need to send an email so cold. I told her that I did and I haven’t receive any response and she said, you’ll have to wait between 48-72 hours. I started to tell her it didn’t take you guys that long to swipe the card. I am besides myself. What happened to great customer services, did it go out of the window along with empathy, compassion, kindness, morals, ethics and etc? They don’t have to ever worry my money touching their hands ever again and I’m sure my friend feels the same way.

I had a problem with the wig's availability, and customer service worked to ensure I was satisfied.

This unit is the most realistic unit I've owened. Installation is super easy and can be worn glueless. I have a pretty small head so buying wigs online usually require customization; however, the drawstring in the wig allows for a snug fit without awkward bulging. No shedding (which is surprising for a curly wig) and no smell. Delivery was slightly late ( expected for holiday season so be sure to allow at least 3 additional days), but customer service was excellent. I will definitely be a customer in the near future.

James was so helpful and patient with me and helped to ship my order to the correct address

The customer service agent seemed really genuine and trying to solve my problem with the wig that I received in the end we came up with a solution that was some back-and-forth with communication through the email being that I work a very trying job, but we got it all figured out in the end thank goodness

I had a great experience buying this hair. I forgot to get a bundle so I reached out and they got back up with me in a timely manner.

La qualité des cheveux était médiocre, la perruque ne valait vraiment pas son prix. Les cheveux ne sont de toute évidence pas naturels. J’ai dû me battre pour renvoyer la perruque face à un service client plus que malhonnête. À éviter.

I haven’t received my wig yet because my original package was lost by FedEx, but UNice customer service has been very helpful. They assisted me quickly with updating my shipping address and arranging a reshipment as I’m traveling soon. Thank you for the great support so far
