Pans look good but that’s about it
Pans look good initially but that’s about it. My pan has not lasted the test of time. Really stained and looks awful now. Avoid.

Flawed Pot Received
Please DO NOT be deceived by the Black Friday sales being advertised. They're sending out "flawed versions" of the pots and calling it a sale — the versions being sent out are the pots without the metal part covering the entire base of the pot. I received mine today and was terribly disappointed. At first, I asked for an exchange to the "real pot with the metal covering the entire base of pot" but no one responded, so I have requested to return the item. To date, I have still not received the return label even though I have sent emails and even reached out to them on social media. I even posted a photo of the flawed pot I received on their Facebook page. If I don't get a return label in the next 24 hours, I will be contacting my bank. Why do you have to wait for us to come on Trustpilot before addressing cx's issues??? It is just unbelievable that a start out company can be this problematic.

One Place titanium - not like the ad
One Place titanium - like the look and it’s a great pan for steak and general cooking but it certainly is NOT non stick. Terrible pan for eggs and omelet’s and fish, nothing like the ad which is very disappointing because it’s why I bought it. Doesn’t clean like the ad either .

Non stick but for limit time and a hot metal knob!
We bought an 'OurPlace' pan last year with the promise of it lasting years giving a super non stick surface with no chemicals! Well, the pan performed well for a few months and then started to stick in the middle. Contacted company who told us to clean it with baking soda but this didn't work and it only stuck more with each cook therafter. Also, the metal knob on the lid in my view is a terrible material to make it from as it transfers all the heat and i burnt my self on this a few times lifting it off - would have been much better out of wood (which i made myself after unscrewing the original metal one! So after time and time sticking it was time to bin the pan and go back to a traditional non-stick pan, which we will replace every few years. The advertising using the 'titanium hexagon surface' as a break-though and a marvel in non stick in my eyes is just a fancy gimmick! Stick to a good quality stand non-stick pan and save your money!!

Purchased the Wonder Oven and add ons to this product, which was an expensive purchase I have only used it afew times and the crumb tray has twisted and tempered followed instructions. I emailed company as no telephone number to be advised they will send a replacement, however not sent always showing pending. I have emailed numerous times with no resolution now not responding. Think before you buy from this company as very poor after sales if I could would give 0 stars. It states on website 100 days return policy it obviously stands for nothing.

I too was duped in by great advertising on Instagram, looking for a non-toxic frying pan option.
I bought my first one which was returned, without questions within the three months return window. A replacement was received but unfortunately the second pan had just as many problems. It was only ever used on an electric hob, with wooden implements, not scratched to this day but the pan is extensively marked/discoloured in the centre of the pan. Pretty appalling product quite frankly, especially given the price point. I wish I'd kept my money for a Le Creuset pan instead.

With the influx of artificial ignorance, "AI" I think a majority of these reviews are created by bots.
THIS PLACE IS NOT A REAL WEBSITE TO BUY MERCHANDISE. TRUST ME, I FOUND OUT THE HARD WAY.
So I created an account, because I planned on doing business with these people. I even got a "verification" code to my email I registered with.
What actually happens, is you create an account, so they can spam you with all of these 48% off, and other various BS discounts, to try to lure you to give them money, and of course not send you merchandise in return.
I tried ordering my mother an 8-1 air fryer / toaster oven for Christmas. Really good price, so should have been a red flag right there. The website kept moving my addresses around, shipping and billing. I fixed it several times. I went to check out, and lo and behold, they switched the billing address again.
I cannot get a hold of anyone, I have emailed, and I'm pretty pissed off.
And what adds to that? Is that they're asking me to rate my customer service WHEN THEY KNOW DAMN WELL THAT NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME ABOUT MY MERCHANDISE.
I repeatedly tried to log into my account, but guess what? I HAD NO ACCOUNT. EVEN AFTER SIGNING UP VIA EMAIL, -BEFORE- I PLACED MY ORDER, AFTER MY MONEY WAS SPENT, MY ACCOUNT DIDN'T EXIST, AND I HAD TO CREATE MY ACCOUNT A SECOND TIME, AND I HAD ABSOLUTELY NOTHING UNDER MY ORDER HISTORY.
I am probably going to be out of $300, so do not do not DO NOT order from here, because they are most likely overseas scammers.

Absolutely NOT non stick
Absolutely NOT non stick! They look beautiful but they are not functional at all. Everything sticks to them. We even contacted customer services and they advised us how to improve the "non stick" quality. None of these tips work. We have tried everything. I would not advise buying these pans (the oven trays are great). We basically just have a really expensive pan than sits in the cupboard.

Lied to and money held hostage by their team.
I retuned my ovens on the 12th of November, WITH PROOF that they have them.
Monence is now telling me they can’t find them and that’s somehow my fault? It’s in their warehouses and they refuse to refund me until they find them. You’ve caused me financial distress and I’ve had enough. I have all of the proof and I’m ready to take this to court.

I have purchased the large Wonder Owen…
I have purchased the large Wonder Owen in March 2025 and I had to return it in November 2025 because the timer button was disfinctional and the owen was not stoppping cooking on time but continue to warm/cook for ever until we stop it manually in playing with various buttons.
I was hoping for more/better quality as this is not a cheap not a so modern one.0

Not worth the price .
I bought these pans (large frying pan and 2 large saucepans) last year for our new home. I put all my trust in these products with their glowing reviews. I've now been using them for a year, and they are not pans that will stand the test of time or use. There are a few issues , which I first raised with the company itself. They advised that I could send the frying pan back and they would replace it. It wasn't really an option , as I'd abandoned all of my other pans to the charity shop. So, I just stuck with it and took the advice offered, that I can not cook at high temperatures with the frying pan.
1. The bottom of the frying pan started peeling off within 3 months of use.
2. The frying pan is definitely NOT non stick at any temperature.
3. The paint(coating) has started to chip off in places on all 3 pans.
4. They can be quite dangerous if you forget to put oven gloves on to touch the handles. The heat penetrates the handle and knobs on the lids, so can be difficult to hold without wearing gloves.
5. If the frying pan can only be used at a certain temperature , what is the point if a recipe requires the heat to be high ?
6. In my opinion the quality and use is very poor.
I purchased these pans in the hope that they would last my life time, like you would expect copper or stainless steel to last. These are a high price and certainly don't live up to expectations. It's such a pity that I am unable to post pictures of my pans. I was sold on the idea of non toxic coatings etc, but I also expected the quality to be of a high standard too. I wouldn't waste money if you cook every day as these pans are not for every day use .

I spent $ 700 dollars for this cookware…
I spent $ 700 dollars for this cookware set for my sister for Mothers Day in April of 2024, she had told me she was concerned that the non stick on the pans was failing , I contacted Our Place and the Lifetime Warranty was actually just 1 year not lifetime, so the reply was oh well. Not only did the product fail , but customer service is horrible. Not a way to treat your customers and not stand by your product. Very disappointing. You can see that on a review on internet if you search Our Place they explain the failure of the non stick and the product doesn’t withstand high heat as advertised.

Extremely Disappointing Experience
I ordered a blender Oct 16 for a mid-November b-day gift. As the birthday approached, no product, and no delivery or tracking info was available. I inquired several times, as it was a time-sensitive gift. I was told to "wait a few days" and that my product would arrive "any time soon."
As I lost confidence in the delivery, I asked for a refund and it was granted by Nov 4. (I ordered another company's product and it arrived the next day).
Today, November 25, 2025, I was contacted by Raven Force who told me they had never received any package from Our Place. No wonder it didn't arrive on time. It was never sent!
I'm not sure how this could happen, but it did. I would give zero stars if it were an option.

So disappointed
On the plus side it’s chemical free, however, it claims to be non stick and I’ve found that everything sticks to it despite correct oiling etc
Very heavy pan and difficult to clean, the particles get stuck in the hexagon base

Excellent customer service.
Thank you to the staff at our place. Customer service is excellent. They respond in a timely manner. I recently had an issue with a product and they did not hesitate to help resolve the issue. I am very happy with my titanium pan. Would definitely recommend Our Place. Thanks again

Our place Always pan
Bought an Always pan last Christmas and I can honestly say it's the worst pan I've ever used.
Constantly sticks, no matter how many times I season the pan, always ends up sticking.
Finally gave in today and thrown it in the skip, complete waste of money

Titanium pans are fabulous to cook with
I’m buying the Titanium pans one or two at a time with the cost . You do need a special brush to clean the pans. The pans are great to cook with and you don’t need to worry about scratches and the pans/lids are dishwasher safe.

Disappointing
Disappointing. These pans are beautiful but they are not non stick. They were for the first couple of months, then after a while they stop being non stick, I mean both the ceramic ones and the titanium one. Which was the whole reason why I bought them in the first place. Really disappointed and feel like their marketing is dishonest by saying non stick. :(
